The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a diamond layer having a porous three-dimensional structure, the method being of the type which includes growing the diamond layer from a sacrificial material and gradually decomposing said sacrificial material during growth of the diamond layer, said method including the following steps: 1) provision of a substrate capable of supporting the plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition growth of the diamond layer on at least one of the surfaces of the substrate, the substrate comprising, on said at least one surface thereof, a layer made of a sacrificial material having a porous three-dimensional structure capable of gradually decomposing upon contact with said plasma, the layer of sacrificial material containing diamond grains of nanometric size; and 2) plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition of the diamond layer from diamond grains and the simultaneous and gradual decomposition of the sacrificial material upon contact with said plasma.

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé pour détecter la présence de scatol dans un tissu adipeux d'un porc mâle, qui comprend au moins les étapes consistant à : a) préparer un extrait organique à partir d'un échantillon du tissu adipeux ; b) soumettre l'extrait organique préparé à l'étape a) à une réaction d'électrochimioluminescence ; et c) mesurer l'intensité de la luminescence pendant l'étape b) et, si l'intensité de luminescence mesurée dépasse une valeur seuil prédéterminée, déduire la présence de scatol dans l'échantillon de tissu adipeux ; et qui est caractérisé en ce que l'étape a) comprend les sous-étapes consistant à : i) prélever l'échantillon de tissu adipeux à l'aide d'un écouvillon de prélèvement ; ii) dissoudre l'échantillon de tissu adipeux dans un milieu comprenant un solvant organique aprotique ; iii) ajouter un sel de fond anhydre au solvant organique aprotique, cet ajout pouvant être réalisé avant ou après la sous-étape ii). A microelectrode (2) for neural interfacing applications comprises a first substrate layer (4), a second attachment layer (6), and a third layer (8) forming the active part of the electrode (2) of which the material consists of synthetic diamond made electrically conductive by doping with atoms chosen from boron, nitrogen and phosphorus atoms. The material of the third layer (8) is a textured material that comprises a compact assembly, in the form of a brush, of tubes (26) each comprising, in the form of at least one peripheral outer layer, polycrystalline diamond made electrically conductive by doping. The tubes (26) are separated from each other at the first fixed ends (28) of same and project the free ends (30) of same away from the first and second layers (4, 6) in a direction that is substantially vertical relative to the extension plane (20) of the second layer (6). A method for producing said microelectrode is also described.

A method for electrochemically activating a doped diamond electrode by bringing the electrode into contact with an aqueous solution containing an electrolyte and applying at least one electrical pulse to the electrode. This method may be used to restore the electrochemical reactivity of a doped diamond-based electrode, the activation of the electrode in some cases possibly being done in the same aqueous solution containing an electrolyte in which the electrode lost its electrochemical reactivity.
