    摘要: According to the invention, a truck or tractor semi-trailer combination comprises an electrical driveline, an electric energy storage battery system, hydrogen storage system and a plurality of fuel cell devices. Each fuel cell device comprises a charge generating portion; and one or more auxiliary portions auxiliary to the charge generating portion. The truck is provided with a pair of elongated chassis beams extending along the length of the truck, wherein a storage space is defined between the chassis beams; a front side cross beam laterally extending across the chassis beams; and a rear side cross beam. At least one storage unit is provided that houses a fuel cell device, comprising one or more mounts for suspending said storage unit relative to the chassis beams. The storage unit further comprises an interface module for coupling an air supply duct, an hydrogen supply duct and a water drain duct. The storage unit has a top part extending between the chassis beams in said storage space; and a bottom part extending below the chassis beams and extending at least on one side laterally across the chassis beams.

    摘要: A clutch system comprises a pressurizable clutch arrangement comprising: a clutch disk and clutch pressure plate to be coupled for transmitting the drive torque from the engine towards the drive system, and a clutch actuator system for actuating the clutch pressure plate in and out of coupling engagement with the clutch disk; said actuator system having a working stroke that, upon pressure release, is arranged to control a relative coupling distance of the clutch pressure plate in increasing friction engagement with the clutch disk, until, in fully released condition, the clutch disk is fully coupled to the clutch pressure plate. A pressure supply mechanism is further provided for pressuring the clutch arrangement, in order to couple the clutch arrangement; and a pressure sensor, for sensing a working pressure of the clutch arrangement, during the working stroke. A controller is provided for controlling said pressure supply mechanism, based on the pressure. The controller is provided with a calculation module, that calculates one or more touchpoints of the friction engagement based on sensed working pressures of the pressure sensor during the working stroke.

    摘要: The invention desires to further enhance the steering action of electro hydraulically actuated steering systems. To this end, a hydraulic steering system is provided for use in transport vehicles, comprising: a co-steered axle comprised of wheels and steering arrangements for steering the wheels; a hydraulic pressure circuit (1000) comprised of a hydraulic fluid pump (1008); first and second pressure control modules (1009, 1010); first and second pressure supply terminals (1004, 1005) arranged at respective locations in the circuit; and a hydraulic fluid reservoir (1011); a pressure fluid controlled steering actuator (1001) mechanically coupled to the steering arrangements; and comprising first and second actuator compartments (1002, 1003) hydraulically interconnected via respective first and second pressure supply terminals; said wheels comprising a self centering mechanism active in the absence of pressure supply in the hydraulic pressure circuit; and a steering controller (1006) arranged to control said pressure control modules in correspondence with steering signals received from a main steering unit. According to an aspect said first and second pressure supply terminals are interconnected via at least the first pressure control module; the first pressure control module coupled in series with the second pressure control module; and a fail safe mechanism is provided arranged to release, in a fail condition, first and second pressure control modules.
