    摘要: The invention relates to a suction module for an internal combustion engine comprising an air suction pipe (8) made of synthetic material and a flange joint at the air intake on the cylinder head housing (2) of the internal combustion engine. The air suction pipe (3) is a one piece blown element of synthetic material, wherein the air suction pipe (8) lies in a housing element (7) of the suction module and the air escape (11) of the air suction pipe (8) is guided in a connecting area of the housing element (7) towards the cylinder head housing (2). A flange (10) is lodged in the connecting area of the housing element (7) with the cylinder head housing (2), said flange forming a single piece with the housing element (7) and enabling the housing element (7) to seal the air intake of the cylinder head housing when inserted.

    摘要: The invention relates to a separator for liquid, in particular, for removing oil from crankcase gases. The oil separator has a lid (11), into which a retainer (13) for a cylindrical separating cartridge (14) is incorporated. The separating cartridge (14) consists, for example, of a non-woven separating material (20) which is wound around a supporting body (22). This composite is provided with end plates (33) on the front faces (32) thereof which can, for example, consist of a two-compound plastic. The invention provides a stable component which is sealed using the elasticity of its own end plates (33), when pushed onto the retainer (13). A cost-effective interchangeable part is produced, thus saving several seals in the complete structural component. These measures increase the effectivity of said structural component.

The housing has an untreated air admission (11) and a pure air outlet (12) as well as an opening to introduce the filter insert (17). The housing (10) has a supporting element (16) for the filter insert. The filter insert rotates in relation to the movement to the supporting element and reaches its final position through a rotational or swiveling movement.
