Provided is a RF tag with which communication can be made prior to completion of the RF tag. The RF tag is provided with an integrated circuit connected to an antenna. The antenna is provided with a first radiating element, a second radiating element, a power feeding section connected in series between the first and the second radiating elements, and an impedance adjusting section connected in parallel to the power feeding section. An auxiliary radiating element connected to both of or one of the first and the second radiating elements is used for wireless communication with the integrated circuit prior to completion of the RF tag, and the auxiliary radiating element is not used for wireless communication after the completion of the RF tag. After the wireless communication is made by using the first, second and the auxiliary radiating elements, at least a part of the auxiliary radiating element is removed, and thereafter, the auxiliary radiating element does not make contribution to the wireless communication.

The power amplifier has a distortion compensating circuit that compares the power of an input signal with the sample component of an output power to impart a pre-distortion to the input power such that the difference of a comparison result is minimized. The power amplifier further has a gain look-up table that stores a gain coefficient value corresponding to a temperature address required for an input power; a phase look-up table that stores a phase coefficient value corresponding to the temperature address required for the input power; a transversal filter that receives the input power and outputs the temperature address; and a coefficient multiplier that modulates the input signal by use of the gain coefficient value and the phase coefficient value read from the phase look-up table and corresponding to the temperature address.

This filter exhibits a stable filter characteristic because of stable superconduction created by extreme limitation of the entrance of heat. Because of its superior power performance, the power loss can be minimized even if the number of filter stages is increased to achieve sharp cutoff frequency discrimination.
