    摘要： A digital information signal transmitting/receiving method and system having a transmitter (100) for transmitting an encrypted digital information signal and a plurality of receivers (200) for receiving the encrypted digital information signal from the transmitter (100). The transmitter (100) simultaneously distributes a plurality of identification codes associated with the receivers (200) ahead of the digital information signal. Then, the digital information signal is distributed to the receivers. The receivers (200) detect particular, or their own, identification codes from the plurality of identification signals assigned to the receivers (200). The received encrypted digital information signal is decrypted into the original information on the basis of the particular identification codes associated with the corresponding receivers or the recorders (300). Either the receivers (200) or the recorders (300) generate an information request signal. The transmitter (100) is responsive to this information request signal to add to the digital information signal identification signals for identifying the receivers (200) or the recorders (300) which generated the information request signal. The recorders (300) control the received information signal to be recorded in response to the identification signals received by the receivers (200).

    摘要： Method and apparatus for sampling, quantizing and processing a video signal having a time base fluctuation with sampling clock pulses produced from an oscillator (14). A horizontal synchronous signal is separated from the video signal by a separator (12). The oscillator (14) is instantaneously phase-synchronized with the horizontal synchronous signal, so that the oscillator produces sampling clock pulses having the same time base fluctuation as the video signal. An oscillating frequency of the oscillator is stabilized by phase-comparing the sampling clock pulses with a reference signal from a crystal oscillator and controlling the oscillating frequency in response to a phase error signal thereof during a vertical blanking period of the video signal.

    摘要： In a rotary magnetic head helical scan type video tape recorder using a segment recording system, a video signal of one vertical scanning period is divided into n video signal blocks (V), where n is an integer equal to or larger than 2, and a redundant period (V-BLK) having a predetermined period is inserted into the video signal blocks (V) in a recording mode. Each of the video signal blocks (V) has a number of horizontal scanning lines equal or smaller than N/n, where N is the number of the horizontal scanning lines in a field of the video signal. In a reproducing mode, a time axis error of reproduced series of the video signal blocks (V) is corrected at least during the redundant periods (V-BLK). Then, the corrected blocks are converted into the original video signal.

    摘要： modulator-demodulator suited to record an audio signal in a recording medium in the form of a frequency-modulated signal and to demodulate the frequency-modulated signal is disclosed. It includes a voltage-controlled oscillator (4,4', 4a, 4b), a switching circuit (28, 28', 28a, 28b) for changing one of two input frequency-modulated signals toward a control input of the voltage-controlled oscillator, and a phase detector (10) for detecting a difference in phase between the frequency-modulated signal reproduced from the recording medium and the output signal of the voltage-controlled oscillator. In a recording operation, an input audio signal is supplied to a control signal input terminal of the voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) through the switching circuit, and the VCO acts as a modulator for carrying out frequency modulation. In a reproducing operation, the output signal of the phase detector is supplied to the control signal input terminal of the VCO through the switching circuit to form a demodulator having a phase locked loop configuration, and the frequency-modulated signal reproduced from the recording medium is demodulated by the demodulator. A single VCO is used as the VCO for forming the modulator in the recording operation, and is used as the VCO for forming the demodulator having the phase locked loop configuration in the reproducing operation.
