摘要:
Described is a highly sensitive immunoassay method for determining the amounts of TSH contained in body fluids, in which an anti-β-subunit TSH monoclonal antibody having a specific association constant value is used.
摘要:
A peptide preparation which comprises at least two kinds of PND peptides of HIV gp120 and an antibody preparation which comprises at least two kinds of neutralizing antibodies, wherein each of said PND peptides and said neutralizing antibodies belonging to a different Group (either of Groups I to V) by the classification based on the secondary structure of the PND peptide estimated by the Robson's analytical method for secondary structure of protein (GOR method), useful for diagnosis or prevention or treatment of HIV infection.
摘要:
Described is an improved method for the measurement of TSH in blood or body liquid by immunoassays such as EIA and RIA, characterized in that TSH-P subunit specific monoclonal antibodies recognizing different epitopes are used. According to this method, TSH can easily be measured in high sensitivity with high specificity within a very short period of time without inhibition by the presence of other glycoprotein hormones such as LH, HCG and FSH. This method is useful for diagnosis of various diseases in which TSH plays a role, such as proto- phathic hypothyroidism, Basedow's disease and cretinism.
