摘要： The invention describes a plastic embodiment for a suction system, whereby various configurations of said embodiment can be produced at low cost. According to the invention, a modular structured suction system is created. Said system comprises a plastic air distributor module which can be connected to an air feed pertaining to an internal combustion engine; several plastic, single-pieced suction pipe modules, whereby one end of the suction pipes is joined to the air distributor module and the suction pipes are respectively allocated to a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine; in addition to at least one plastic single-pieced flange module that is connected to the other end of the suction pipe of at least one suction pipe module and which can be secured to the internal combustion engine.

摘要： The invention relates to an intake air filter (1) for an internal combustion engine, especially in a motor vehicle. The inventive filter comprises a filter housing (2) having a raw air inlet (4), a pure air outlet (5), and an annular filter element (3) which is arranged in the filter housing (2) and through which air can flow in a radial manner from the outside towards the inside. Said filter element comprises a first end disk (10) on the axial end thereof, said disk comprising an opening (12) by which means the pure air outlet (5) communicates with the inside (8) of the annular filter element (3). The aim of the invention is to reduce the influence of a secondary air induction on the fresh air supply of the internal combustion engine. To this end, the filter housing (2) comprises a secondary air outlet (6), on the pure air side, and the annular filter element (3) comprises a second end disk (11) on an axial end opposing the first end disk (10). Said second end disk comprises at least one opening (17) by which means the secondary air outlet (6) communicates with the inside (8) of the annular filter element (3).

摘要： The invention relates to a method for linking two plastic components. According to the inventive method, the first component (2) is provided in at least one connecting section at which the link with the second component (6) is to be established with a heating element (18) that can be heated by induction. The second component (6) is fastened to the first component (2) in such a manner that both components (2, 6) contact the heating element (18). An induction welding step is performed in which the heating element (18) is heated to such a temperature that both components (2, 6) melt and fuse in the zone surrounding the heating element (18). The aim of the invention is to provide a method for establishing a firm connection between components (2, 6) that consist of plastic materials of very different viscosity. To this end, the connecting section (12) is configured in the form of a feather-and-tongue plug-in connection. The plug-in connection is provided with sealing means which render the space in the tongue (15) impermeable vis-à-vis the molten material. The heating element (18) is accommodated in said space. A force acts upon the components (2, 6) that prevents them from being displaced contrary to the plug-in direction.
