摘要: A switch circuit is provided with a plurality of MEMS switches, which have different drive voltages and are connected parallel or in series, and a single voltage supply for driving the MEMS switches by the plurality of drive voltages. The switch circuit is used for a microwave circuit and an antenna circuit, and the configurations of the microwave circuit and the antenna circuit are varied by the drive voltage value. Namely, the configurations of the microwave circuit and the antenna circuit can be varied by the drive voltage value by using the switch circuit composed of the MEMS switches having the different drive voltages for the microwave circuit and the antenna circuit.

摘要: The invention provides a small phase shifter and a small multibit phase shifter, in which a filter including a capacitor formed during pinchoff of a FET is used to shift phases depending on the ON/OFF operation of the FET. The phase shifter comprises a first FET connected at its drain and source electrodes with an input terminal and an output terminal; a second FET connected at either one of its drain and source electrodes with the source of the first FET and grounded at the other through a first inductor; and a third FET connected at either one of its drain and source electrodes with the drain of the first FET and grounded at the other through a second inductor.
