    摘要: Esters of monosaccharides and their lower alkyl glycosides are effective both as surfactants and as bleach activators (peracid precursors). The compounds are non-toxic and biodegradable. They act as nonionic surfactants and are effective in soil removal from textiles, e.g. of fatty soiling. In the presence of a hydrogen peroxide source, the sugar derivatives are perhydrolyzed during the washing process to form long-chain peracid. This enhances the bleaching effect, especially on hydrophobic stains.

    摘要: La présente invention se rapporte à des esters de monosaccharides et à leurs glycosides d'alkyle inférieur, efficaces à la fois comme agents tensio-actifs et comme activateurs de blanchissage (précurseurs de peracide). Ces compositions sont non toxiques et biodégradables. Elles agissent comme agents tensio-actifs non ioniques et sont efficaces comme agents anti-taches pour textiles, par exemple contre les taches de graisse. En présence d'une source de peroxyde d'hydrogène, les dérivés de sucre sont perhydrolysés pendant l'operation de lavage pour former du peracide à chaîne longue, ce qui améliore l'effet de blanchissage, en particulier sur les taches hydrophobes.

    摘要: A process for enzymatically catalyzing an esterification of insoluble polymer fibres containing free hydroxy groups by reacting the polymer fibres with a carboxylic acid such as a carboxylic acid having the general formula R-COOR1, wherein R is linear or branched C¿1-25?alkyl, preferably linear C3-25 alkyl, more preferably linear C8-25alkyl, which optionally is substituted with one or more carboxy, nitro, chloro, bromo, fluoro, amino, hydroxy, keto; and R?1¿ is hydrogen, C¿1-4?alkyl, or vinyl, preferably methyl, ethyl or vinyl; or an ester thereof, preferably an enolester, in the presence of an enzyme capable of catalyzing esterification, especially a lipase or an esterase, is useful for chemical finishing of yarn, textile, fabric, papermaking pulp, cardboard or paper, the fibre or fabric made therefrom having improved functional properties such as reduced tendency to wrinkling, improved durable softness, anti-static appearance, water repellency, enhanced soil release or flame retardancy.
