The method serves to cast an electronics housing (9), a filling tool (21), in particular a casting needle, is inserted into the accommodating region (13) through an elongate channel (19) in the electronics housing (9) substantially parallel to a plane of the electronics printed circuit board (11), a casting material (20) is introduced into the accommodating area (10) through at least one casting opening of the filling tool (21), and the casting material (20) connects a component part (17) of the electronics printed circuit board (11) to the electronics housing (9).

The invention relates to an illumination device (1) comprising a first heat sink (5), a carrier substrate (8) populated on the front side thereof by at least one light source (9), in particular a light-emitting diode, and the back side thereof being attached to the first heat sink (5), and comprising a second heat sink (10) disposed substantially in front of the carrier substrate (8), wherein the at least one light source (9) is disposed outside of the second heat sink (10; 32).

The invention relates to a lighting device (11) having at least one heat sink (5) for cooling at least one light source, wherein the at least one heat sink (5) comprises one or more at least bent sheet metal parts, in particular punched sheet metal parts. The invention relates to a method for producing a heat sink (5) of the lighting device (1), wherein the method comprises at least the following steps: blanking radially extending clearances (17) at an edge of a sheet metal and bending up the segments (14) that remain between the clearances (17) at a central contact area (12). The invention further relates to a different method for producing a lighting device (1), wherein the method comprises at least the following steps: Inserting a driver housing (6) into the heat sink (5); and/or fixing a carrier substrate (2) to the contact area (12).
