摘要:
Method for screening biological samples for the presence of the metabolic syndrome in the sample donors, comprising the steps of a) irradiating the sample by radiation b) capturing radiation which has interacted with the sample c) evaluating said captured radiation for spectral characteristics d) classifying said sample according to the presence of the metabolic syndrome based on its spectral characteristics. The invention further concerns a system for conducting the screening method.
摘要:
The invention relates to a measuring system, in particular for determining blood glucose, having a photometric measuring unit (16), which comprises a light source (22) and a detector (24), and an analytical test element (14) to which a sample can be applied, in particular a body fluid, and which can be moved in a beam path (18) between the light source (22) and the detector (24) for an optical detection of an analyte. For an improved multiwave length measurement, the light source (22) comprises a first emitter (26) that can be actuated in a first wavelength range for sending out pulsating alternating light (28) and a second emitter (30) that can be excited in a second wavelength range for emitting fluorescence light (32).
摘要:
The invention relates to an electrode system for measuring the concentration of an analyte under in-vivo conditions, comprising a counter-electrode (2) having an electrical conductor (2a), a working electrode (1) having an electrical conductor (1a) on which an enzyme layer (5) containing immobilized enzyme molecules for catalytic conversion of the analyte is arranged, and a diffusion barrier that slows the diffusion of the analyte from body fluid surrounding the electrode system to enzyme molecules down. The invention provides the enzyme layer (5) in the form of multiple fields that are arranged on the conductor (1a) of the working electrode (1 ) at a distance from each other.
摘要:
The invention refers to an amperometric sensor (1) configured for implantation into the living body of a human or animal to measure the concentration of an analyte in a body fluid, said sensor (1) comprising a counter electrode (2) and a working electrode (3), said working electrode (3) comprising a sensing layer (9) which is permeable for water and arranged on a support member (5) adjacent to a contact pad (7), said sensing layer (9) comprising an immobilized enzyme capable of acting catalytically in the presence of the analyte to cause an electrical signal, the sensing layer (9) having an upper surface facing the body fluid and a lower surface facing away from the body fluid. According to the invention the immobilized enzyme is distributed in the sensing layer (9) in such a way that the enzyme concentration in the middle between its upper and lower surface is at least as high as on the upper surface of the sensing layer (9).
