The present invention relates to an in vitro method for determining the prognosis of pancreatic cancer in a patient. More particularly, this method comprises the following steps: c) measuring the expression level of at least two genes chosen in the group consisting in: ING5, RUNDC1, ABCC1, FGFR3, S100A6, ANKRD55, and CD8A or homologous genes, in a blood sample of said patient, d) predicting the outcome of the pancreatic cancer in said patient.
