    摘要： In a method in a central node of a cellular radio network the central node is adapted to deciding if a mobile station connected to the cellular radio network via a first radio access technology controlled by the central node is to be moved to another radio access technology when a circuit switched call of the mobile station is ended. It is assumed that the cellular radio network is adapted to use a fallback to circuit switched procedure. First it is decided that a CS call for a particular mobile station has ended. Then in it is checked if the CS call was the result of a fallback to CS procedure. The central node then decides if the mobile station is to be moved to another radio access technology based at least partly on the, i.e. if the CS call was a result of a CS fallback procedure.

The method comprises providing the last used PLMN ID in LTE of a wireless device in the wireless communications network, to the second network node, as soon as a Circuit Switched, CS, call due to a CSFB procedure has been setup. The providing of the PLMN ID is performed by one of: adding information about the last used PLMN ID in LTE to an existing message from the first network node to the second network node, and defining a new message from the first network node to the second network node. The new message comprises the last used PLMN ID in LTE.

    摘要： System information transmitted from a wireless network is enhanced to contain additional information that indicates the relative priority between neighboring cells or frequencies in multiple Radio-Access Technologies, such as GERAN, UTRAN and E- UTRAN. In an example method implemented in a mobile station, a system information message of a first type transmitted by a base station is read. The mobile station determine whether one or more RAT priority bits are present in the system information message, wherein the presence or absence of the one or more RAT priority bits indicates whether additional ones of a plurality of available system information messages of the first type must be read before inter-RAT cell reselection may begin. If RAT priority bits are present, the mobile station selectively initiates inter-RAT cell reselection based on the one or more RAT priority bits.

    摘要： A method in a user equipment for handling cell selection is provided. While in dedicated mode the user equipment receives from a radio network node a measurement information message which indicates at least two frequencies associated with a respective cell in a respective radio access technology. While it is in dedicated mode, the user equipment performs measurements on the frequencies to obtain a respective measurement value for each one of them, and receives a selection indicator message comprising a respective priority for each one of the frequencies. The user equipment obtains a respective threshold value for each of the frequencies and successively evaluates the frequencies in descending priority order until a frequency is determined for which the measurement value exceeds its respective threshold value. When entering idle mode, the user equipment selects cell based on the evaluation.
