摘要:
A multi-layer polyester container comprising inner and outer layers of a polyester resin and at least one intermediate layer of a functional resin or a functional resin composition, wherein a difference of tan ´ of the inner polyester layer at 80°C and 60°C is 0.035 or less in the measurement of the dynamic viscoelasticity (DMS) thereof at 0.5 Hz. Even when the functional resin or the functional resin composition having a large draw stress is used as an intermediate layer, therefore, excellent transparency is obtained while effectively exhibiting the function such as barrier property possessed by the functional resin or the functional resin composition.

[PROBLEMS] To provide a polyethylene container which enables a non-oily, viscous content (e.g. ketchup) to run down well in the container when the container is inverted. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Disclosed is a polyethylene container having at least a polyethylene resin layer on the inside thereof, wherein the polyethylene resin layer on the inside of the container contains an aliphatic amide in an amount of not less than 500 ppm and less than 4000 ppm.

A multilayered container with excellent heat resistance which is obtained by melt molding and has an interlayer made of an oxygen-absorbing barrier resin composition. The multilayered container comprises inner and outer layers comprising an olefin resin and, sandwiched between the inner and outer layers, an interlayer made of an oxygen-absorbing barrier resin composition. The multilayered container is one formed by melt molding. In thermal analysis of a container barrel part, it has a quantity of heat of isothermal crystallization after heating from 30°C to 130°C at 100 °C/min of 0.5 J/g or larger. In the analysis, the barrel part, after cooling from 200°C to 130°C at 100 °C/min, gives an isothermal crystallization profile in which the time period to a peak top is shorter than that in a multilayered container including an interlayer consisting only of the base resin (oxygen-barrier resin) constituting the oxygen-absorbing barrier resin composition.

[Problems] To provide a package excellent in barrier property, transparency and appearance, and having a layer forming an island-in-the-sea structure of a small domain diameter and a high domain density without impairing the formability into containers. [Means for Solution] A package having a mixed layer of a mixture of a base resin and a functional resin composition containing inorganic fine particles, wherein the mixed layer forms an island-in-the-sea structure in which the base resin is forming a continuous phase and the functional resin composition is forming discontinuous phases, and the area percentage of the functional resin composition in cross section is 25 to 55%.

A stretch blow molded container formed by stretch blow molding of a preform comprising a thermoplastic polyester as a main component, characterized in that the trunk, bottom and shoulder portions thereof are stretched and oriented, and further at least the central part of the bottom portion shows, in the measurement of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), an endothermic peak (B) due to the disappearance of a quasi-crystalline state at a temperature region which is higher than the glass transition point of the polyester and lower than the starting temperature for the melting of crystals of the polyester. The container is formed by biaxial stretch blow molding of a thermoplastic polyester and has such excellent resistance to heat optionally with pressure that is sufficient to endure the sterilization by heat such as hot charging.

A multilayer polyester container comprising inner and outer layers of a polyester resin and at least one intermediate layer of a polyamide resin, wherein in the container body portion, the intermediate layer of the polyamide resin has an exothermic peak starting temperature due to crystallization of not lower than 96°C as measured by a differential scanning calorimetry, and a clay is dispersed in the polyamide resin, effectively preventing whitening of the intermediate layer even after the passage of time and featuring excellent transparency despite of using, as an intermediate layer, a polyamide resin composition obtained by blending the polyamide resin with the clay.

[Problems] To provide a multilayered structure which eliminates the need of providing any particular adhesive layer, enables the ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer to exhibit excellent oxygen-barrier property to a sufficient degree, and can be effectively used even when a polyolefin resin is used as the inner and outer layers. [Means for Solution] A multilayered structure having an adhesive intermediate layer of a blend of an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) and a maleic anhydride-modified olefin resin (B) between an inner layer and an outer layer, the adhesive intermediate layer containing the ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) and the maleic anhydride-modified olefin resin (B) at a weight ratio of 4: 6 to 8:2, the phase structure of the adhesive intermediate layer being a sea-island structure with the maleic anhydride-modified olefin resin (B) as the sea or being a bicontinuous phase, and the adhesive intermediate layer having a standard deviation of not less than 65 when a contrast profile of the ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) and the maleic anhydride-modified olefin resin (B) in the adhesive intermediate layer near the interface thereof is numerically expressed on a scanning electron microphotograph of the cross section of the multilayered structure in the direction of thickness by using an image analysis software.
