摘要: An object is to provide a catalytic reactor with improved attachment workability of a cassette accommodating a plurality of catalysts and a ship provided with the catalytic reactor. Provided is a catalytic reactor including: catalytic cassettes each including a catalyst part configured to reduce NOx in exhaust gas and an outer peripheral part made of a frame covering side surfaces of the catalyst part; and a lattice frame on which the plurality of catalytic cassettes is placed, wherein the lattice frame includes a plurality of inflow holes through which exhaust gas flows into the catalyst parts and a plurality of frame parts defining the respective plurality of inflow holes, and the outer peripheral part of each of the catalytic cassettes is positioned so that the outer peripheral part is accommodated in a respective one of the frame parts.

摘要: An exhaust gas purification system of the present invention includes, as an exhaust gas path 30 of an engine 25 to be mounted in a ship 1, a main path 31 which is in communication with outside, a bypass path 32 which branches off from a halfway portion of the main path 31, and a combined casing 33 with which both the main path 31 and the bypass path 32 are in communication. A selective catalyst reduction device 34, 35 is accommodated in the combined casing 33 at a location close to the main path 31. A path-switching member 37, 38 which switches exhaust gas moving direction is placed in a branched portion 53 between the main path 31 and the bypass path 32. A reducing agent injection body 61 is placed in the main path 31 between the path-switching member 37 and the combined casing 33.

摘要: An object is to provide an exhaust-gas purification device that is capable of uniformly mixing exhaust gas and a reduction agent together without being affected by the routing of an exhaust pipe of an internal combustion engine. An exhaust-gas purification device (1) includes an urea water injection nozzle (2) that is provided inside an exhaust pipe (14) and a catalyst reactor (12) that is provided on a downstream side of the urea water injection nozzle, and is configured to inject urea water from the urea water injection nozzle (2) into exhaust gas of an engine (18) and to reduce nitrogen oxide in the exhaust gas by a NOx catalyst (13) contained in the catalyst reactor (12), where the urea water injection nozzle is disposed in such a way as to inject the urea water from the axial center of the exhaust pipe toward the downstream side of the flow direction of the exhaust gas, and a mixer (11) is connected to an upstream end of the catalyst reactor, the mixer having a plurality of plate members (11b) radially disposed around the axial center of the exhaust pipe, the plate members each being formed in such a way that angles of plate surfaces (A, B) of the plate member to the flow direction of the exhaust gas are different values on the upstream side and the downstream side.

An exhaust gas purification device (1) includes: a spray nozzle provided in an exhaust pipe of an engine; a mixer (11) provided downstream of the spray nozzle in a flow direction of exhaust gas; and a catalyst reactor provided downstream of the mixer (11), the exhaust gas purification device being configured to spray a reducing agent from the urea water spray nozzle (2) to the exhaust gas from the engine (18), to mix the reducing agent with the exhaust gas in the mixer (11), and to reduce one or more nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas using a catalyst contained in the catalyst reactor (12). The mixer (11) includes: a cylindrical body (21); and a plurality of fins (22) arranged in the cylindrical body (21) radially outward with respect to an axis of the cylindrical body (21), and an upstream portion of each fin (22) is shaped to provide a cutoff portion (221) formed by cutting the fin (22) from an upstream side end portion (22a) of the fin (22) toward the axis and toward a downstream side of the fin (22).
