摘要:
A polylactic acid composition of the present invention includes polylactic acid and an ethylene resin, and is characterized in that the ethylene resin is selected so that a melt flow rate ratio (RMF), defined by the following equation (1): RMF = A PLA / B PE where A PLA represents the melt flow rate of the polylactic acid measured at 210°C and 2.16 kg, and B PE represents the melt flow rate of the ethylene resin measured at 190°C and 2.16 kg, in a range of 0.5 to 10 is satisfied. The polylactic acid composition is preferably used in molding a container particularly improved in alkali resistance and environmental stress crack resistance.

According to the present invention, a drop lid-shaped formed lid to be fittably applied to a container having a flange section is formed with a flange, a fitting section extending downwardly from the flange, and an introducing section below the fitting section. The introducing section is composed of first and second tapered sections whose inner diameters each decrease downwardly. The taper angle ² of the second tapered section is larger than the taper angle ± of the first tapered section, and the second tapered section is formed in an arcuate shape smaller than a range in which the first tapered section is formed. These features make it possible to provide a formed lid excellent in the properties of being suppliable and fittable to a container being transported.

Provided is a method for producing a surface-treated steel sheet including the step of forming a layer mainly composed of an oxygen compound containing Al onto a tin-plated steel sheet by conducting cathode electrolytic treatment to the tin-plated steel sheet using an electrolytic treatment solution containing Al ions and nitrate ions. For the electrolytic treatment solution, an electrolytic treatment solution not containing F ions and where the amount of nitrate ions contained is 11,500 to 25,000 ppm by weight is used.

A method of forming a plastic material by using a mold 30 that has a split-mold structure forming air vent 39 in the split surfaces which are the butt surfaces of split molds, the air vent 39 being communicated with gas passages 37, wherein a resin is fed into the mold 30 so as to be formed, and after the formed article is taken out from the mold but before the rein is fed into the mold 30 so as to be formed in the next cycle, a cleaning gas G is fed through the gas passages 37 into the air vent 39 in a state where there is formed at least part of the mold 30 inclusive of the air vent 39, the cleaning gas G being discharged through passages separate from the gas passages 37. The method is capable of effectively preventing the oligomers from building up in the vent groove and, therefore, automatically executing the cleaning without the need of halting the forming cycle.
摘要:
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for efficiently producing an oligomer or a monomer by degrading a biodegradable resin using an enzyme, so that the oligomer or the monomer can be recovered. The present invention provides a method for producing an oligomer and/or a monomer by degrading a biodegradable resin in a degradation liquid containing a biodegradation enzyme, a buffer agent, an organic solvent, and water. In this method, the SP value of the organic solvent is less than 8.5 or more than 11.5, and the percentage content of the organic solvent (by volume) in the degradation liquid is higher than 1% and lower than 15%. In the method for producing an oligomer or a monomer, the degradation percentage of the biodegradable resin is low, and deposits of aggregates of the oligomer and/or the monomer are few, so that the recovery percentage is high.

[Problems] To provide printed seamless cans in small lots having many kinds of designs, the printed seamless cans excellently reproducing the density of the area solidly printed all over the surface and forming vivid images. [Means for Solution] A printed seamless can forming at least a printed layer and a finishing varnish layer on at least the body portion on the outer surface of the seamless can, the printed layer having an image formed by the plate-type printing and an image formed by the ink-jet printing, and being covered with the finishing varnish layer.
