摘要： A medical device for implantation in a hip joint of a patient, the medical device comprising a prosthetic replacement for the acetabulum. The prosthetic replacement for the acetabulum comprises a first part (1841) adapted to be fixated to the femoral bone of the patient; and a second part (1842) rotatably connected to the first part by means of a connecting member (1843). The first part comprises a bowl-shaped inner contacting surface portion adapted to receive a bowl-shaped outer contacting surface portion of the second part such that the second part is rotatable, relative to the first part, around a point of rotation formed by the connecting member. The second part comprises a bowl-shaped inner surface adapted to receive a ball-shaped portion of a prosthetic replacement for the caput femur, adapted to be fixated to the pelvic bone, such that the prosthetic replacement for the caput femur and the second part form a ball joint in an opposite configuration. The inner contacting surface of the second part comprises an equator line (1821, 1845) being the largest circumference of the inner contacting surface, and at least one extending portion (1823a, 1823b) extending beyond the equator line and being adapted to clasp the ball-shaped portion of the prosthetic replacement for the caput femur.

摘要： A medical device for implantation in a hip joint of a human patient. The natural hip joint having a ball shaped caput femur (5) as the proximal part of the femoral bone (7) with a convex hip joint surface towards the centre of the hip joint and a bowl shaped acetabulum (11) as part of the pelvic bone (9) with a concave hip joint surface towards the centre of the hip joint. The medical device comprises an artificial caput femur (112), comprising a convex surface towards the centre of the hip joint. The artificial convex caput femur is adapted to, when implanted be fixated to the pelvic bone of the human patient. The artificial convex caput femur is further adapted to be in movable connection with an artificial acetabulum surface (1340) fixated to the femoral bone of the patient, thereby forming a ball and socket joint. The medical device further comprises a fixation element (1311) adapted to engage the surface of the abdominal side of the pelvic bone, for fixating the medical device to the pelvic bone.

摘要： A medical device system for implantation in a hip joint of a human patient. The medical device system comprises an artificial caput femur (45, 607) adapted to replace at least the surface of at least one of the caput femur and the acetabulum. The artificial caput femur comprises a positioning through hole (910), and a positioning shaft (900) adapted to be stabilized by and placed in at least one of the femoral bone and the pelvic bone. The positioning through hole of the artificial caput femur is adapted to surround the positioning shaft, for positioning the artificial caput femur in a desired position in the hip joint. The positioning shaft is adapted to be placed in the positioning through hole of the artificial caput femur and in a positioning hole of an artificial acetabulum, for positioning the artificial caput femur and artificial acetabulum in relation to the at least one of the femoral bone and the pelvic bone and for aligning the artificial caput femur in relation to the artificial acetabulum.
