摘要:
A composite amine absorbent is an absorbent dissolved in water for absorbing CO 2 or H 2 S in gas, or both of them, which comprises: 1) at least one amine compound, and 2) a disulfide compound as an oxidative degradation inhibitor for the absorbent, wherein the disulfide compound is a compound represented by the following Chemical Formula (I).
R 1 -S - S-R 2 ·· · (I)
in the formula, R 1 or R 2 is any one of an alkyl group with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a hydroxyethyl group, a carboxyethyl group, a cyclohexyl group, and a dibutylthiocarbamoyl group.
摘要:
The invention relates to an absorbent solution comprising water and at least one amine belonging to the N-alkyl-hydroxypiperidine family, and a method implementing this solution for eliminating acid compounds contained in a gaseous effluent.

An acid gas absorbent of which recovery amount of acid gas such as carbon dioxide is high, and an acid gas removal device and an acid gas removal method using the acid gas absorbent are provided. The acid gas absorbent of the embodiment comprising at least one type of tertiary amine compound represented by the following general formula (1). (In the above-stated formula (1), either one of the R 1 , R 2 represents a substituted or non-substituted alkyl group of which carbon number is 2 to 5, and the other one represents a substituted or non-substituted alkyl group of which carbon number is 1 to 5. The R 3 represents a methyl group or an ethyl group, and the R 4 represents a hydroxyalkyl group. The R 1 , R 2 may either be the same or different, and they may be coupled to form a cyclic structure.) The acid gas aborbent may also be a secondary amine.

A novel blend of piperazine (PZ) and a second amine compound is provided as a superior solvent for CO2 capture from coal-fired flue gas. Blending PZ with various second amine compounds can remediate the precipitation issue of concentrated PZ while maintaining its high CO2 absorption capacity and rate, and high resistance to oxidative degradation.

A compound of the general formula (I) in which R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are independently selected from C 1- 4 -alkyl and C 1-4 -hydroxyalkyl; each R 4 is independently selected from hydrogen, C 1-4 -alkyl and C 1-4 -hydroxyalkyl; each R 5 is independently selected from hydrogen, C 1-4 -alkyl and C 1-4 -hydroxyalkyl; m is 2, 3, 4 or 5; n is 2, 3, 4 or 5; and o is an integer from 1 to 10. A preferred compound of the formula (I) is 2-(2-tert-butylaminoethoxy)ethylamine. Absorbents comprising a compound of the formula (I) have rapid absorption of carbon dioxide from fluid streams and are also suitable for processes for the simultaneous removal of H 2 S and CO 2 , where given H 2 S limits have to be observed but complete removal of CO 2 is not required.
