Abstract:
Anionic surfactants have a formula: €ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ R f SO 2 N(H)-CH 2 CH(CH 3 )OH; or €ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ€ƒ R f SO 2 N(H)-(CH 2 CH 2 O) x H, where x is an integer from 2-6. R f is a fluoroalkyl group having 3 to 8 carbon atoms. Neutral surfactants having a formula: (a) R f SO 2 N[CH 2 CH(CH 3 )OH] 2 ; (b) R f SO 2 N[CH 2 CH(CH 3 )OH][(CH 2 CH 2 O) n H], where n is an integer from 1-6; (c) R f SO 2 N(R)[(CH 2 CH 2 O) p H], where p is an integer from 2-6, and R is an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; or (d) R f SO 2 N[(CH 2 CH 2 O) q H][(CH 2 CH 2 O) m H], where q is an integer from 1-6 and m is an integer from 3-6. R f is a fluoroalkyl group having 3 to 8 carbon atoms.
Abstract:
A subject-matter of the present invention is a novel process for the synthesis of (E)-stilbene derivatives targeted at obtaining in particular resveratrol and piceatannol.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a fluorination method for obtaining fluorinated compounds. The method consists in reacting with an ionic fluoride of a monovalent cation a compound of formula (I), wherein: M represents H, an alkaline metal, a quaternary phosphonium group or a quaternary ammonium group; Y represents SO2, and m is 1, or Y is PO and m is 2; Z represents CR2, N or P; R1 represents a carbonaceous and/or electron-attracting group which has a Hammet parameter σ¿P? higher than 0.4; R?2¿ represents a carbonaceous and/or electron-attracting group; X represents a halogen other than a fluorine. The fluorinated compounds obtained are useful in particular as electrolyte in lithium batteries.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for the safe production of nitroethionate, by reaction of 4-nitro-N-methylaniline with 1,3-dioxa-2,4-dithian-2,4-bis dioxide. The method is characterised in that an ether of polyhydric alcohols or a cyclic ether in a nitrile substituted hydrocarbon is chosen as solvent. The risk of localised overconcentration, localised overheating or explosions is avoided by a homogeneous reaction procedure.
