The present invention relates to a system for injecting a functional solution for fabric and a method for manufacturing fabric using same. The system includes: a first supply portion; a second supply portion provided with a distributing device; an injection portion provided with a needle; a drying portion provided with a hot air blower or a blower; and a collection portion provided with a collecting roll. An injection method is provided in which the needle on the injection portion, installed so as to be moved reciprocally, is directly inserted into the fabric to inject the functional solution, so that the functional solution is absorbed from the outer surface to the inside of the fabric.

The dispersion provides superior soil resistance when compared to known fluorochemical and silicone fiber treatments. The dispersion comprises clay nanoparticle components and fluorochemicals that can be applied to the fibers, yarns, and textiles using known methods.

The present disclosure relates to a fiber suitable for packaging. The fiber comprises a photocatalyst and optionally, a silicon containing linker. The photocatalyst is bonded to the fiber by means of a first functional group pre-present on the fiber and optionally, a second functional group generated by a silicon containing linker. The chemical bonding between the fiber and the photocatalyst imparts durability and wash ability to the fiber. A packaging material prepared using the fiber of the present disclosure can be used for the storage of plant produce.

The present invention relates to a coated fabric for an airbag. Particularly, the present invention provides a coated fabric for an airbag on a surface of which a coating layer including liquid silicone rubber having elongation of 1000% or more, as measured according to Korean Industrial Standards (KS) M 6518, is included, and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the elongation of liquid silicone rubber is excellent so that damage to the fabric for an airbag is minimized under a severe condition of high temperature and high pressure is minimized, and thus the airbag may have excellent inflation and deployment performance, and simultaneously provides excellent storage, dimensional stability, and airtightness effect, thereby safely protect passengers even upon vehicle collision and rollover.

A rubber-reinforcing cord (12) as a rubber-reinforcing member of the present invention is a rubber-reinforcing member for reinforcing a rubber product (such as a toothed belt (1)). The rubber-reinforcing cord (12) includes a reinforcing fiber or a reinforcing fiber sheet, and a first coating film provided on a surface of the reinforcing fiber or a surface of the reinforcing fiber sheet. The first coating film is formed by applying a first treatment agent containing polyvinyl alcohol and a crosslinking agent to the reinforcing fiber or the reinforcing fiber sheet and drying the first treatment agent. In the reinforcing member of the present invention, a second coating film as a primary coating film may be provided on the surface of the reinforcing fiber or the surface of the reinforcing fiber sheet. The second coating film can be produced using a second treatment agent containing a rubber latex, for example.
