摘要: Friction between end portions of drive and idler shafts and pistons lead to reduction in mechanical efficiency and/or wearing out of parts. A gear pump 1 of the present invention includes: a casing 6; a drive gear 2 and a driven gear 3 each configured as a helical gear, the drive gear 2 and the driven gear 3 meshing with each other in the casing 6 and partitioning the inside of the casing 6 so as to include a high-pressure space and a low-pressure space; and a drive-side space 16 and an idler-side space 116 each configured to allow pressure therein to become higher than a pressure in the low-pressure space, the drive-side space 16 facing an end portion of a drive shaft 4 rotatably supporting the drive gear 2, the idler-side space 116 facing an end portion of an idler shaft 5 rotatably supporting the driven gear 3. The end portion of the drive shaft 4b is pushed in a predetermined direction by working fluid supplied to the drive-side space 16, and the end portion of the idler shaft 5b is pushed in the predetermined direction by working fluid supplied to the idler-side space 116.

摘要: A method of producing a modified acellular tissue matrix (mATM) from an acellular tissue matrix (ATM), where the mATM has a reduced stretchiness relative to the ATM, without substantially compromising its associated structural or functional integrity. The method includes providing an acellular tissue matrix (ATM) and exposing the ATM to elastase for a period of time.

摘要: The present invention relates to a turbomachine (1) that can be operated both as a motor and as a pump, having an axially fixedly mounted shaft, comprising a power section with rotating inlet and outlet (2) and an associated controller (3). Because the axial forces (Fgx) have been made independent of the sense of rotation the turbomachine (1) is significantly more reliable, and because the sealing forces have been adjusted it has significantly greater reliability (η) in both running directions. It can be operated with both fluids and gases. The turbomachine (1) can be extended by adding a control device (13) and a drive (14) for the control device so as to provide a freewheel function, a braking function and/or a blocking function, and so as to shift, modify and optimise the characteristic curves (K0, K1, K2, K3) across the entire control range. In both the clockwise and anticlockwise directions the turbomachine (1) has in principle the same properties, although these can be modified and optimised by the control device (13). The power section (2) can be a GEROTOR machine or an axial or radial piston machine, either regulated or unregulated.

摘要: A method for forming a coating upon a wellbore tool includes forming a pattern of features supported by a body and forming a coating over the pattern of features. Forming the pattern of features includes forming a first feature and forming a second feature spaced from the first feature by a first width at a first elevation and by a second width at a second elevation, the second width being different than the first width, and the first elevation being further from an interior region of the body than the second elevation. Also disclosed is a wellbore tool comprising a coating covering a pattern of features and a method of utilizing a wellbore tool in a subterranean formation, the method including forming a pattern of features, forming a coating over the pattern of features, and disposing the wellbore tool in a borehole.

摘要: The present invention comprises a pair of gears 20 whose tooth portions mesh with each other, a housing having a hydraulic chamber in which the pair of gears 20 are contained in a meshing state, and bushes contained in the hydraulic chamber of the housing in a state of being contact with both end surfaces of the gears, and, on edges of the end surfaces of gears, chamfering M is performed on at least intermediate parts between the tooth tips and the tooth bottoms, and the roundness or inclination of the intermediate parts is larger than those of the tooth tips and the tooth bottoms. This makes it possible to prevent damage of the edges due to contact force when the pair of gears mesh with each other and prevent leakage of an operation fluid through between the gears and support members. Accordingly, an original performance of being quiet and having high output efficiency can be maintained for a long time and high reliability can be obtained.
