A first slider (451) is disposed to be movable in the axial direction between the fifth-speed driving gear (425) and the sixth-speed driving gear (426). The first slider (451) is not rotatable on the driving shaft (41). In the axial direction, the sum of the widths of the fifth-speed driving gear (425) and the sixth-speed driving gear (426) is smaller than the maximum width of the first slider (451).

Provided is a shift fork module (Y2) with which a reverse lever (4) can be easily assembled and the assembling workability of the shift fork module (Y2) to the gear module (Y1) can be also improved. The shift fork module has a plurality of shift fork shafts (T1 to T3) to which shift forks (F1 to F3) are attached; an operation member (5) actuated when a transmission is shifted to reverse; a reverse lever (4) assembled with being coupled with the operation member (5), one end of the reverse lever being engaged with a reverse idle gear (Ga) when the reverse lever is assembled to the gear module (Y1), and the reverse lever being able to switch the reverse idle gear (Ga) between mated and not mated states with a reverse drive gear (G6) and a reverse driven gear (G6') via actuation of the operation member (5); and a base member (3) slidably supporting the shift fork shafts.

Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schaltungskomponente (S) eines Fahrzeuggetriebes mit zumindest einer Schaltkulisse (1), mit welcher zumindest ein Schaltarm (2.1, 2.2) teilschwenkbar verbunden wird, wobei in die Schaltkulisse (1) eine Schaltfingerausnehmung (3) eingeformt wird und in den Schaltarm (2.1, 2.2) mindestens eine Fixierungsöffnung (4) eingebracht wird, ist durch folgende Schritte gekennzeichnet: - die Schaltkulisse (1) wird mittels Einbringung einer ersten Justierungseinrichtung (5) in die Schaltfingerausnehmung (3) in einer ersten Position justiert; - die Fixierungsöffnung (4) wird mittels einer zweiten Justierungseinrichtung in einer zweiten Position justiert; - die Schaltungskomponente (S) wird vermessen, wobei Toleranzabweichungen erfasst werden; - unter Berücksichtigung der erfassten Toleranzabweichungen wird an dem Schaltarm (2.1, 2.2) zumindest eine Bohrung (6) zur Aufnahme eines Gleitsteines (7) eingebracht.

A gear position detecting device of a secondary gearbox of a transmission. The device transmits a signal of the gear position of the secondary gearbox to a signal switch (5) by a step on a shifting fork (8) of the secondary gearbox or a step on a shifting fork shaft of the secondary gearbox. The signal switch (5) is arranged on the side of a back cover (7) and is lower than a maximum outline plane of the transmission. A step for pushing the signal switch (5) of the secondary gearbox is arranged on the shifting fork (8) or the shifting fork shaft of the secondary gearbox. Therefore, the signal of the gear position can be transmitted to the signal switch (5) by the shifting fork (8) or the shifting fork shaft of the secondary box so as to guide the driver.
