摘要: A solid oxide fuel cell system includes: an igniting portion (8) configured to ignite a raw material when starting up the solid oxide fuel cell system; a raw material supply portion (10) configured to supply the raw material; a reforming air supply portion (11) configured to supply reforming air; and an electric power generation air supply portion (12) configured to supply electric power generation air. When starting up the solid oxide fuel cell system, the raw material supply portion (10) supplies the raw material, and the electric power generation air supply portion (12) supplies the electric power generation air. The igniting portion (8) ignites the raw material. After the ignition, the preforming air supply portion (11) supplies the reforming air. With this, the safety can be increased in consideration of characteristics in respective phases from the start-up of the solid oxide fuel cell system until the electric power generation.

摘要: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell which generates electric power by using a hydrogen gas and an oxidizing gas, a hydrogen gas supply route where the hydrogen gas to be supplied to an anode of the fuel cell flows, an anode off-gas discharge route for discharging an anode off-gas discharged from the anode of the fuel cell to outside, an anode off-gas discharge valve provided to the anode off-gas discharge route, and a controller which causes the anode off-gas discharge valve to be opened when a temperature of any of the hydrogen gas supply route, the anode of the fuel cell, the anode off-gas discharge route, and the anode off-gas discharge valve becomes equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature.

摘要: A fuel cell system that supplies an anode gas and a cathode gas to a fuel cell to cause the fuel cell to generate an electricity. The fuel cell system includes a high pressure tank, an anode gas supply passage configured to supply the anode gas to the fuel cell from the high pressure tank, an anode pressure control valve disposed on the anode gas supply passage, the anode pressure control valve adjusting an anode gas pressure of the fuel cell, an anode gas valve disposed between the high pressure tank and the anode pressure control valve, the anode gas valve adjusting a source pressure of the anode pressure control valve, and a valve control unit configured to control to open and close the anode pressure control valve and the anode gas valve on the basis of an operating state of the fuel cell system. The valve control unit controls the anode pressure control valve and then closes the anode pressure control valve after the valve control unit closes the anode gas valve such that a first pipe pressure becomes less than a predetermined pressure before the fuel cell system is stopped, the first pipe pressure being a pressure inside a first pipe between the anode gas valve and the anode pressure control valve in the anode gas supply passage. The valve control unit opens the anode pressure control valve at an activation of the fuel cell system. The predetermined pressure is smaller than a pressure that degrades a durability of the fuel cell at the activation of the fuel cell system.

摘要: The present invention includes a fuel cell (11) mounted on a vehicle to generate electric power using oxidation gas and fuel gas being supplied thereto; an oil temperature sensor (29) configured to detect oil temperature of a compressor (12); and a controller (14) configured to control driving of the compressor (12), and also control pressure of the oxidation gas and pressure of the fuel gas being supplied to the fuel cell (11). The controller (14) performs a control of decreasing rotational speed of the compressor (12) when the oil temperature (Tc) has exceeded an oil temperature threshold (T1), and further performs a control of balancing the pressure of the oxidation gas and the pressure of the fuel gas. Therefore, it becomes possible to stably operate the fuel cell (11).

摘要: A fuel cell system according to the present invention includes a cell stack, a combustion part, a reforming water carburetor (evaporator), a gas mixer, and a reformer. The cell stack is a cell stack that is configured by stacking fuel cells and generates electric power by using hydrogen-containing gas and oxygen-containing gas. The combustion part burns the hydrogen-containing gas and the oxygen-containing gas that have not been consumed in the cell stack. A reforming water carburetor (evaporator) is communicated with the combustion part via an exhaust gas passage and generates steam. The gas mixer is placed on the top of the combustion part. The reformer is placed on the top of the combustion part in contact with the gas mixer and generates the hydrogen-containing gas by reforming the mixed gas, and supplies the hydrogen-containing gas to the cell stack via the hydrogen gas passage.
