摘要： The achievement of broadband information transmission media, makes it possible to perform on-demand information distribution. With this comes a desire for an autonomous information distribution system that meets both'diverse client requirements and the need for a high level of immediacy. An objective of the present invention is to provide such information distribution systems. The systems of the present invention comprise a means for managing the number of distributions, a means for generating an advertising list in which the extraction probability of each information material in the case of random extraction is the ratio of the remaining number of distributions of each information material to the overall remaining number of distributions, a means for handicap application which applies a handicap to the remaining number of distributions of each information material included in the advertising list, and a means for random extraction which performs random extraction with respect to the advertising list so as to extract one information material. In these systems of the present invention, extracted information materials are distributed to a distribution demand terminal from the information distribution server via a network, and the contents of the advertising list are updated.

Das zwischengespeicherte Fernseh- oder Rundfunkprogramm, das die vorbestimmte Sendung nicht mehr aufweist, wird schließlich einem Fernseher (14) oder einem Radiogerät (14) zugeführt. Das Auslesen des Zwischenspeichers (12) findet zeitversetzt zum Beschreiben des Zwischenspeichers (12) statt, derart, daß das zwischengespeicherte Fernseh- oder Rundfunkprogramm zur Wiedergabe bereitgestellt wird, während ein späterer Teil des empfangenen Fernseh- oder Rundfunkprogramms zwischengespeichert wird, und während ansprechend auf das Steuersignal (16) die vorbestimmte Sendung unterdrückt wird. Somit ist es möglich, beispielsweise ein Fernsehprogramm ohne Werbeeinblendungen und ohne durch Werbeeinblendungen verursachte Unterbrechungen zu betrachten.

摘要： Methods and systems of modifying a media presentation are presented. In one example, a first media item including first audio data is played. During that time, a user indication is received. In response to the indication, detection data for a first audio segment of the first audio data is generated. A second media item including second audio data is then played. A second audio segment in the second audio data corresponding to at least a portion of the first audio segment is detected based on the detection data. Whether a location in the second audio segment corresponds to a location in the detection data associated with the user indication is determined. In response to the location in the second audio segment corresponding to the location in the detection data, the playing of the second media item is altered during at least a portion of the second audio segment.
