    摘要: The invention relates to a clamp coupling for coupling pairs of pipes. Such clamp couplings are used, for example, for coupling concrete conduits from concrete pumps. Said clamp coupling (10) comprises two coupling clamps (16, 18) which, in the coupling state, define a circular opening (14) for the pipe. Said coupling clamps can be pivoted against each other at one of their ends by means of an outer joint (20), and comprise a closing mechanism (26) which is arranged on their other end. In order to be able to fix the clamp coupling (10), even in confined spaces, the closing mechanism (26) comprises a closing hook (30) which, in the closed state, positively grasps a supporting rod (24) on the other coupling clamp (16), and pulls the coupling clamps (16, 18) towards each other at their point of separation (28) opposite the joint (20). During the opening process, the closing hook (30) can be lifted from the supporting rod (24) and pivoted out of its active region about a pivoting axis (32) which is perpendicular to the joint axis (22). The closing mechanism (26) also comprises a clamping lever (36) which can be pivoted in relation to the coupling clamp about a lever axis (34) which is perpendicular to the joint axis. Said clamping lever also interacts with the closing hook (30).

    摘要: A scaffold coupler of resilient plastics includes a hand lever (13) which is hinged to a jaw (12) that closes upon a base member (11) to clamp tight a scaffolding tube (15). A hook member (14) hinged to the lever (13) engages with a lip (19) of the member (11) so that depression of the lever (13) urges the jaw (12) hard onto the tube (15) and actuates the clamping mechanism by pulling the hook-hinge (22) through 'over-centre' alignment with the lever-jaw hinge (21) and the hook-lip engagement 'hinge' (23). The base-jaw surface (17) subtends more than 180 degrees to snap fit with the tube (15), and opening of the closure jaw (12) is limited by a projection (20) (or otherwise, Figure 7) for support of the tube (15) (Figure 2). Closing of the jaw (12) may be tripped by entry of the tube (15) (Figure 6), and the jaws may be abrasive-surfaced (Figure 5) to improve grip. The lever (13) may be selectively locked in the actuated condition (Figures 19 to 24), and other configurations of over-centre lever mechanism are possible (Figures 25 to 29). Right-angle, swivel and sleeve couplers (Figures 9, 10-13, 17-18) include two over-centre mechanisms, whereas a putlog coupler (Figures 14-15, 16) includes one, with the second pair of jaws actuated by one or more levers (63) that bear on the tube (62) clamped by the first pair.

    摘要: A clamping device (10) for securing a protective hood (11) to the neck (12) of a hand machine-tool has a clamping strip (13) and a clamping lever (18) in the regions of its ends (16 and 17). The lever can be pivoted with one end (19) about an axis (20) in relation to the end (16) of the clamping strip (18) at that point. The lever (18) engages with a transmission member (21) which engages at a distance therefrom with the second end (17) of the clamping strip and, on being tightened, brings the ends of the strip together. The transmission member (21), the lever (18) and the clamping strip ends (16 and 17) are designed so that they form an articulated lever device which pulls the strip (13) together during tightening. At its ends the strip is subjected virtually only to tension. There are no undesirable bending moments at that point. The tension is distributed over a wide area. The lever (18) can be easily operated.
