    Abstract: An edible film is easy to manufacture with a coating method and contains ingredients in a uniformly distributed manner. An edible film (10) is, for example, a rectangular thin film in a plan view with a thickness of 10 to 300 µm, or more specifically, 30 to 200 µm. The edible film (10) is formed mainly from a base material and ingredients blended with the base material. Examples of typical ingredients blended with the base material include microcrystalline cellulose and maltitol.
