摘要: A humidification device that includes a case which contains a humidification space in which water vapor is introduced to a feed gas to be fed to a user where a heating unit configured to acquire electric energy using an electromagnetic induction phenomenon to generate heat is disposed in the humidification space. The humidification device further includes a coil configured to transfer energy to the heating unit by the electromagnetic induction phenomenon; an insulating unit configured to spatially separate the heating unit and the coil to prevent electrical contact therebetween; and a liquid supply unit configured to supply, to the heating unit, a liquid to be vaporized into the water vapor. This can provide a humidification device that can be made smaller in size and lighter in weight, and that can quickly and sufficiently humidify a gas without heating an entire body of water to be stored, as well as a respiratory assistance device.

The sensors generate signals for conveying humidifier operating status and ambient conditions. The controller is configured to: (i) predict a water mass within the water reservoir based on predetermined heat and water mass transfer functions of a given humidifier design, the sensor signals, and heater plate power; (ii) determine a length of time to evaporate all water of the predicted water mass; and (iii)(a) output a warning signal in response to predicted water mass being insufficient for a remainder of the treatment duration, or (iii)(b) adapt a power setting to change the evaporation rate of the current predicted water mass to ensure that it is sufficient to last for a remainder of the treatment duration and prevent the water reservoir from running dry.

摘要: Medical tubes and methods of manufacturing medical tubes are disclosed, such as in positive airway pressure (PAP), respirator, anaesthesia, ventilator, and insufflation systems. The tube may be a composite structure made of two or more distinct components spirally wound to form an elongate tube. One of the components may be a spirally wound elongate hollow body, and the other component an elongate structural component spirally wound between turns of the spirally wound hollow body. Alternatively, the tube need not be made from distinct components. For instance, an elongate hollow body formed (e.g., extruded) from a single material may be spirally wound to form an elongate tube. The elongate hollow body itself may in transverse cross-section have a thin wall portion and a relatively thicker or more rigid reinforcement portion. The tubes can be incorporated into a variety of medical circuits or have other medical uses.

摘要: A hydrogen water generator with warning function includes a container, a gas input port, a handle, a diffusing pipe, a gas output port, and a water port. The gas input port receives gas comprising hydrogen. The diffusing pipe is configured in the containing space and coupled to the gas input port. The gas output port receives the gas comprising hydrogen in the containing space and outputs it to the outside. The water port outputs the water to the outside. The gas comprising hydrogen enters into the water in the containing space to generate hydrogen water and humidified gas comprising hydrogen to be outputted to the outside of the container through the water port and the gas output port respectively. The container emits a first color light when the system is under a normal condition, but emits a second color light when the system is under an abnormal condition.
