The present invention concerns an aqueous dispersion of multiphase polymer particles in which the polymer particles comprise at least two separate phases, the internal phase being formed by polymerisation in the presence of a crosslinking agent, said dispersion further comprising a surfactant chosen from amino acid derivatives. The invention also concerns a film-forming composition comprising said aqueous dispersion of polymer particles. The invention also relates to a film obtained after application of said film-forming composition. This film dries very quickly, is water resistant, and has good adhesion, elasticity and breaking strength properties. The invention also concerns the use of said film for protecting surfaces of the skin or mucous membranes, wounds, injuries and/or skin disorders.

Disclosed are a novel self-assembled amino acid supramolecular polymer, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The self-assembled supramolecular polymer is N-lauroyl-L-alanyl-L-alanine or a salt thereof, and the salt thereof comprises sodium N-lauroyl-L-alanyl-L-alaninate and potassium N-lauroyl-L-alanyl-L-alaninate. The disclosed polymer is more effective at inhibiting bacteria and removing pesticides, and can be widely applied to the daily chemical, agricultural, and pharmaceutical industries. Further disclosed are three methods for preparing the compound. The methods produce products in high yields and are suitable for industrial production.

The nanoemulsions of the invention may be translucent or transparent, and provide a substantive and water-resistant vehicle for application of cosmetic, skin care or pharmaceutical products to skin and hair.

An O/W/O type multiphase emulsion comprising an oily outer phase and an O/W type emulsion dispersed in the outer phase, characterized in that the O/W type emulsion present as the inner phase comprises either a combination of an amphiphilic substance and a surfactant which is selected from among those forming a gel in the amphiphilic substance/surfactant/oil/water system at ordinary temperature or above or a combination of an amphiphilic substance and an N-(long-chain acyl) acidic amino acid monosalt which is selected from among those forming a gel in the amphiphilic substance/N-(long-chain acyl) acidic amino acid monosalt/oil/water system at ordinary temperature or above, an oil component and water, that the oily outer phase contains both a clay mineral modified with an organic substance and an emulsifying agent having an HLB value of 7 or below, and that the weight ratio of the O/W type emulsion to the oily outer phase lies between 2:3 and 19:1. The O/W/O type multiphase emulsion is excellent in long-term stability and usability.
