    摘要: Eine zB aus Chrom und Titan im Atom-Verhältnis 40:60 bestehende Legierung wird in eine metastabile Kristall modifikation versetzt, indem die Legierung zB im Lichtbogen erhitzt und in Wasser abgeschreckt wird. Die metastabile Kristallmodifikation wird unterhalb der Glastemperatur so lange getempert, zB bei 600°C wäh rend 48 Stunden, bis sie vollständig verglast ist.
    Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren ermöglicht die Herstel lung grosser, amorpher, harter und porenfreier Legie rungsstücke mit Dicken im cm-Bereich.

    摘要: A process for manufacturing amorphous alloy powders is provided, wherein, a high-speed fluid jet is blown against a flowing melt of an alloy which can be formed into amorphous powders, thereby powerizing the melt and rapidly cooling and solidifying the melt. Use is made of an action tube (4) in which pressure is reduced and turbulent flow is caused so as to increase the cooling rate of the powderized alloy and to form particles of irregular shape. Further, the powderized alloy particles are forced to forcibly collide against a block to increase the cooling rate of the alloy and to form particles of irregular shape.

    摘要: Nitrogen-containing amorphous alloys having a combination of superior properties which are highly valuable and desirable for ferromagnetic materials or superconducting materials are produced by sputtering metallic materials and nitrogen compounds containing semi-metal or semiconducting metal, such as boron or silicon, without requiring the use of nitrogen gas. The produced alloy has a novel structure, represented by the formula: (wherein M is at least one metal or alloy; L is at least one semimetal or semiconducting element; and x, y and z are fractional atomic percentages totaling 100 (i.e., x+y+z = 100) and the value of y+z being 10 or more and the respective values of x, y, z being not zero).
