    摘要: An insulation displacement contact for braided wires has at least one spike entering the braided wire bundle. In order to ensure the contact force, the braided wire bundle is flanked by two supporting faces, with the result that the contact force or contact-pressure force of the individual braided wires against the spike does not need to be applied exclusively by the core insulation. This results in a contact safety which ensures that the contact meets the requirements for explosion protection 'EX-e' (increased safety).

    摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer elektrischen Verbindung zwischen einem Kabel (1) mit einem oder einer Vielzahl von elektrischen Leitern (1.1) und einer Schaltung (2) auf einem dreidimensionalen, insbesondere spritzgegossenen Schaltungsträger (3), umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - auf dem Schaltungsträger (3) wird ein Kontaktelement (4) ausgebildet, welches eine erhabene, metallisierte Oberfläche (4.1) aufweist, die mit der Schaltung (3) elektrisch verbunden ist;
    - in dem Kabel (1) wird eine Aussparung (5) in Form eines Durchgangsloches vorgesehen, wobei
    - die Aussparung (5) derart in das Kabel (1) eingebracht wird, dass sie wenigstens einen Leiter (1.1) in dem Kabel (1) vollständig durchdringt und dadurch eine leitende Oberfläche des Leiters (1.1) freilegt;
    - das Kabel (1) wird derart mit seiner Aussparung auf das Kontaktelement (4) geschoben, dass die freigelegte leitende Oberfläche des Leiters in einen elektrisch leitenden Kontakt mit der metallisierten Oberfläche (4.1) des Kontaktelementes (4) gelangt.

    Des weiteren betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung eine Baugruppe aus einem dreidimensionalen Schaltungsträger und einem Kabel mit einer entsprechenden elektrisch leitenden Verbindung zwischen den Bauteilen.

    摘要: Air bag circuit conductors for a plurality of circuits are collectively arranged in one flexible cable, thereby enabling supervising the same flexible cables by means of a plurality of break diagnosis and check systems in use in each air bag circuit. Therefore, it is possible to detect the presence or absence of a break of a conductor corresponding to other important circuits than the air bag circuit. In this case, other circuit conductors are interposed between the air bag circuit conductors of the flexible cable, to thereby reliably prevent such an accident as the break. Furthermore, a lead block connected with the flexible cable is attached to a rotary connector, to which the output terminals of the air bag circuit conductors are collectively arranged to facilitate installation and removal of the external connector with respect to the lead block. According to the present invention, therefore, it is possible to improve an assembling efficiency at the stage of installation.

A method of manufacturing the flexible circuit compression connector system that includes a compression assembly by forming the contacts into a preselected configuration and securing the contacts to the flexible substrate is also included.

    摘要: An electrical connector includes a main body for receiving a flexible printed circuit board and a metal actuator which holds the flexible circuit board between the actuator and the support surface of the main body. Substantially L-shaped pivoting arms are provided to pivotally support the actuator on the main body. The actuator is capable of pivoting about the pivot and sliding in the direction of the longitudinal direction of the flexible circuit board joined to the main body. The actuator engages with the main body at a distal end portion of the actuator.
