Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of ruggedness on the surface and to suppress the cooling defects at the hardening portion in a hardness technique by using a high frequency induction heating for a thin-thickness conductive pipe material such as a steel-made golf shaft. SOLUTION: The thin-thickness pipe-shaped golf shaft W is lowered into a heating coil 210 to be subjected to the high frequency heating, and then the golf shaft W is dipped into a hardening oil 310 to be subjected to cooling, thereby hardning the golf shaft W. In that case, inert gas is supplied to the inside of the golf shaft W to prevent the hardening coil 310 from entering into the inner part of the golf shaft W. In this way, the hardening oil 310 is suppressed from boiling in the inner part of the golf shaft W, thereby preventing the blowing-up of the hardening oil 310 due to the boiling. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest tilting device of an active headrest capable of stably fixing a headrest at a prescribed position of a seat back at a normal time and surely operating the headrest in emergency to protect a head part of an occupant. SOLUTION: In this headrest tilting device, pressure when an occupant moves to a relatively rear side in relation to the seat back is converted into pulling force of a tension transmission member by a wire driving part provided in a lower part of the seat back, and the headrest is operated to the front. A cam ridge is formed in a support bracket and a projecting part is formed in a holding cylinder. When the support bracket is moved upward by a wire, the cam ridge is brought into contact with the projecting part and the headrest is tilted to the front. When the head part hits on the headrest and force to a rear side is generated in the headrest, the support bracket is fixed to a holding part by frictional resistance provided in the cam ridge. A first engaging part and a second engaging part are provided at an upper end of the holding part and in an upper part of the support bracket, respectively. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device wherein the jointing rate for a brazing part is high, its manufacturing method, and heat treatment equipment provided with the cooling device, in the heat treatment equipment provided with the cooling device for which a cooling pipe is wound helically and brazed to a treatment vessel outer peripheral sidewall surface. SOLUTION: The cooling device 40 is provided with a cooling pipe 34 helically wound and brazed to the outer peripheral sidewall of a tube 31, and the cooling pipe 34 is such that the respective inner surfaces and the outer surfaces of a second part 34c, close to the outer peripheral sidewall of the tube 31 and a first part 34a facing the second part 34c, are curved toward the outside direction of the cooling pipe 34, and the curvature of the second part 34c becomes smaller than the curvature of the first part 34a. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the constraining performance for an objective passenger by a lower limb constraining means when the objective passenger is sitting on a seat under a leg opened state. SOLUTION: A leg opening preventing device 40 which prevents the legs of the passenger 28 from being opened is arranged on a front side door 38. The leg opening preventing device 40 is constituted of a main body 42 which prevents the leg parts 28B of the passenger 28 from being placed under a crotch opened state by coming into contact with a vicinity of the knee of the right leg of the passenger 28 who sits on the seat 20, and an actuator 44 which moves the main body 42. Also, the leg opening preventing device 40 is arranged in a console box 45 as well, and the main body 42 comes into contact with a vicinity of the knee of the left leg of the passenger 28 who sits on the seat 20. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat apparatus having an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the attitude position of a seat back part which has a simple structure with a precision and strength. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat apparatus 1 has the seat back part 11 and an adjusting mechanism 12 which is linked to the seat back part 11 and moves the seat back part to adjust its attitude position. The adjusting mechanism 12 is provided with a turning shaft movable straight and a link which is linked to the turning shaft to be turned on the side opposite to the direction of its movement as the shaft moves so that the seat back part 11 is moved to change its attitude position. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape sticking apparatus capable of sticking an adhesive tape in a tag form to the outer peripheral surface of a column-like part of a workpiece and taking out the workpiece upward after sticking the adhesive tape, and to provide an adhesive tape sticking method. SOLUTION: A tape feeding part 20 supplies an adhesive tape T with an adhesive surface facing upward under the outer peripheral surface of a column-like portion of a workpiece W in such a manner that the tape crosses at substantially a right angle with respect to an axis of the column-like portion. A tape cutting part 30 cuts the supplied adhesive tape T into a predetermined length. A tape sticking part 40 sticks the adhesive surface of the cut adhesive tape T by pressing it upwardly from the lower side of the outer peripheral surface of the column-like portion of the workpiece W through both sides by ascending a pressing member 122. Then, when a predetermined length of the adhesive tape T has a portion exceeding the outer peripheral length of the column-like part, the adhesive surfaces opposite to each other at that portion are pressed and stuck to each other.
