    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic module capable, even if an electronic device housed in the interior thereof is sensitive to water, of inhibiting the degradation of the electronic device and of securing a high reliability over an extended period.SOLUTION: The provided electronic module comprises: an electronic device obtained by configuring electronic elements atop a flexible substrate blocking the transmission of water vapor; a peripheral edge sealing material configured on peripheral edges of the flexible substrate of the electronic device; and a water vapor barrier film configured so as to plug the region surrounded by the peripheral edge sealing material. The peripheral edge sealing material satisfies, in a case where the square root of a double of the diffusion coefficient thereof is defined as K, K=0.1 cm/√h or less. The water vapor barrier film is obtained by forming at least one inorganic layer atop a support medium consisting of a transparent resin, and the support medium is being disposed on the peripheral edge sealing material side.
