Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular threaded joint, which includes a lubricating coating containing no harmful heavy metal, having excellent seizure resistance, gas tightness and rust-preventing properties, and capable of maintaining a large ΔT, and which hardly induces yielding of a shoulder portion of the joint even in makeup with a high torque.SOLUTION: The tubular threaded joint comprises a pin 1 and a box 2, each having a contact surface including a threaded portion and an unthreaded metal contact portion including a sealing portion 4 and a shoulder portion 5. The joint has a first solid lubricating coating 10 in a part of at least one of the pin and the box, the part including the shoulder portion 5 of the contact surface; and has another lubricating coating 11 selected from a viscous liquid lubricating coating and a second solid lubricating coating, on a portion where at least the first solid lubricating coating is not present on the contact surface of at least one of the pin and the box. The first solid lubricating coating has a coefficient of friction higher than that of the other lubricating coating, and the other lubricating coating is positioned above the first coating in a portion where both of the first lubricating coating and the other lubricating coating are present.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve gap-corrosion resistance and fretting resistance by reducing the trouble of high contact stress fretting and abrasion in a turbine or a compressor rotating blade on the contact surface between the turbine or the compressor wheel of a turbo machine. SOLUTION: With respect to coating, including a graphite-based solid thin film lubricant material, for a turbo machine, the coating is applied to at least one of a rotating blade disc assembly 12 and a wheel slot 42, preferably to a dovetail 40 of the rotating blade disc assembly 12. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration machine oil composition which secures the lubrication of a sliding site on activating and driving a refrigeration machine compressor, a compressor using the refrigeration machine oil composition, and a refrigeration apparatus comprising the compressor. SOLUTION: The refrigeration machine oil composition is used in a refrigeration machine compressor in which at least part of a sliding surface of the member constituting a compression mechanism part is coated with a lubrication film-forming composition using a resin having a heat distortion temperature of not lower than 100°C as a binder and containing a solid lubricant, and comprises a base oil composed of a polyoxyalkylene glycol having a kinematic viscosity at 100°C of 3-50 mm 2 /s and a compound selected from an amide compound having a specific structural formula, an amidated amino acid compound, and an aliphatic amine in an amount of 0.01-1 mass% based on the total amount of the refrigeration machine composition.
