PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve assembly having a new and improved valve mechanism, a double combustion chamber device and a fastener driving tool. SOLUTION: This valve assembly to be built in the two combustion chamber device of the combustion power type fastener driving tool has the single valve mechanism capable of effectively controlling intrusion of air into a combustion chamber, outflow of a combustion product from the combustion chamber, a ventilating process of all combustion cycles and flow of fluid between the first and second combustion chambers accompanied by a mixing process and a combustion process. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase incinerating temperature, enhance incineration efficiency, and facilitate the supply of a subject 104 to be incinerated, and to make it possible to supply the subject 104 to be incinerated without lowering the incinerating temperature. SOLUTION: In this incinerator, a power generator 148 is driven by a Stirling engine 144 rotated by waste gas from an incinerator body 100. Air with high oxygen concentration generated by an oxygen generator 158 (a high oxygen concentration air generator) and hydrogen generated by a hydrogen generator 160 are supplied to the incinerator body 100. A waste oil/waste liquid supply part 162 supplying waste oil or waste liquid is provided in the vicinity of the bottom part of the incinerator body 100. Accordingly, the incinerating temperature can be increased 2000°C or more due to an effect of supplying the air with high oxygen concentration and the hydrogen, and the generation of dioxin is completely eliminated.
