PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition capable of being subjected to hot melt, having excellent adhesion to an adherend made of metal, etc., and having excellent heat resistance, to provide a method for producing the composition, to provide a molded product on which an adhesive layer formed out of the adhesive composition is arranged, especially, a multilayer heat-shrinkable tube having such a structure that the adhesive layer is arranged on an inner surface of the heat-shrinkable tube, and to provide a method for producing the molded product. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition contains 2-30 pts.wt. of an unsaturated compound containing at least one kind of polar group selected from a group comprising an epoxy group and a carboxy group in 100 pts.wt. of a fluorine-based polymer, wherein the fluorine-based polymer is grafted and modified with the unsaturated compound containing the polar group by irradiation of ionizing radiation. The method for producing the composition and the molded product, such as the heat-shrinkable tube having the layer of the adhesive composition and a heat-shrinkable cap, are provided, respectively. PURPOSE: A crosslinked fluororesin which has excellent heat resistance, strength, etc. and is suitable for tubes, etc., obtained by molding a mixture of a fluorine- containing graft copolymer and triallyl cyanurate and crosslinking the molding by irradiation with ionizing radiation. CONSTITUTION: A monomer containing double bonds and peroxy bonds in a molecule (t-butyl peroxymethacrylate) is copolymerized with vinylidene fluoride, etc. to produce a fluororubber containing peroxy groups in a molecule. A fluororesin is prepared by the graft copolymerization of a fluorine-containing monomer (e.g. vinylidene fluoride) onto the fluororubber at a temperature at which the peroxy groups are decomposed. Then 100pts.wt. of this fluororesin and 0.1W 10pts.wt. triallyl isocyanurate are mixed and molded, and the molding is crosslinked by irradiation with ionizing radiation to give an objective crosslinked fluororesin. PURPOSE: To provide the titled composition containing a specific fluorine-containing polymer and a polymerizable compound containing unsaturated bond, as essential components, having excellent wettability and impregnating property to the substrate, etc., giving a cured product having excellent heat resistance, moisture resistance, etc. and applicable to various application fields. CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is prepared by compounding (A) a polymerizable compound having unsaturated bond or an epoxy group (e.g. vinyl acetate, etc., or a glycidyl ether of bisphenol A, etc.) with (B) a fluorine-containing polymer containing ≥10wt% of fluorine atom and soluble in the component (A) or a mixture of the component (A) and optionally a volatile solvent (preferably tetrafluoroethylene/propylene/glycidyl vinyl ether terpolymer, etc.). A volatile solvent (e.g. acetone) may be used to promote the dissolution of the component (B) provided that the amount of the solvent is ≤200pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the component (A). A graft copolymer membrane prepared by co-grafting a mixture of monomers consisting essentially of acyloxystyrene and/or hydroxystyrene, a polyene compound and at least one member selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and esters of these acids onto a hydrocarbon type of fluorine-containing type polymer by means of ionizing radiation exhibits improved mechanical strength and reduced electrical resistance and provides an excellent ion-exchange membrane.
