    SOLUTION: This is a 3-coating one-baking type coating film-forming method. In the method, a primer paint is applied on the surface of a polyolefin base material and dried to gain a coating film, and a white base paint, which contains titanium oxide, is applied on the coating film, and then a light-color mica base coating paint is applied by wet-on-wet on the coating film. Then, on this coating film, a clear paint is applied wet-on-wet, and then the coating film concerned is hardened by heating. In this case, the primer paint, the white base coating paint and the mica base coating paint each contain a biphenyl phosphate compound represented by formula (1) at a rate of 0.2-5.0 pts.mass to the resin solid content of 100 pts.mass.
