PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-sensitive composition used for forming pixels for solid-state image sensors is highly transparent with a high refraction index, resistant to coloring caused by migration of colorant from adjacent colored pixels by thermal diffusion even under a heated environment, and highly stable during storage, and to provide a method for forming a pattern using the radiation-sensitive composition, a color filter and a method of producing the same, and a solid-state image sensor.SOLUTION: A radiation-sensitive composition comprises: (A) titanium dioxide particles; (B) an oligoimine dispersant including a nitrogen atom in at least one of a main chain or a side chain; (C) a polymerizable compound; (D) a photopolymerization initiator; and (F) a solvent. There are provided a method for forming a pattern using the radiation-sensitive composition, a color filter and a method of producing the same, and a solid-state image sensor.
