    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive acrylic sheet having flame retardancy corresponding to V-0 in UL-94 burning test without adding a halogen-containing flame retardant or a phosphorus-based flame retardant. SOLUTION: The thermally conductive acrylic material contains 70-50 vol.% of inorganic powders having an average particle size (50% volume diameter) of 35 μm or less and a 90% volume diameter (D 90 ) of 60 μm or less and 30-50 vol.% of an acrylic material. The thermally conductive acrylic material contains neither the halogen-based flame retardant nor the phosphorus-based flame retardant. A ratio of a metal hydroxide in the inorganic powders is 60 vol.% or more. The inorganic powders comprise alumina and/or aluminum hydroxide. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
