    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable adhesive composition of excellent water resistance and heat water resistance and excellent adhesive properties by incorporating polymer having primary and/or secondary amino group and carboxyl group in one molecule and polyvalent oxazoline compound. SOLUTION: The laminated film is formed by laminating first and second thermoplastic resins of polyolefin film, polyamide film or polyester film via an adhesive layer. As a layer for giving adhesive properties between the resins of the laminated film, cured material of curable adhesive composition containing polymer A having primary and/or secondary amino group and carboxyl group in one molecule and polyvalent oxazoline compound B is used. The composition is regulated in crosslinking density, elasticity and surface tension of the adhesive layer by suitably selecting types and quantities of monomer in monomer component used to prepare the polymer A and monomer component used to prepare alkylene imine, basic compound and the compound B.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To protect the circuit pattern on a wafer surface from dust during grinding or dicing by covering it with a protective sheet that comprises a heat- shrinkable plastic film and an adhesive layer of specific composition on it. CONSTITUTION:A protective sheet for a wafer comprises a heat-shrinkable plastic film 2, and an adhesive layer 3 on the plastic film. The adhesive layer includes a partially-crosslinked hydrophilic polymer containing partially- neutralized carboxyl; and a surfactant, liquid at room temperature, containing an anionic surfactant and/or an cationic surfactant. Such a protective sheet is applied to the patterned side of a wafer. Its reverse side is ground while water is supplied, and then the protective sheet is removed by heat shrinkage. Alternatively, the protective sheet can be removed in the same way after the wafer is cut into chips.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an adhesive for label with high initial adhesive force, good cold water resistance and excellent alkali cleansing characteristics by incorporating a PVA resin with a high degree of saponification and a substance which is water-insoluble and alkali-soluble and/or alkali-swelling as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive for label is obtd. by incorporating a PVA resin with a degree of saponification of 85-100mol% and a substance which is water- insoluble and alkali-soluble and/or alkali-swelling (e.g. alpha-olefin-maleic anhydride copolymer) as active ingredients. The obtd. adhesive exhibits high initial adhesive force and an extremely good balance between cold water resistance and alkali cleansing characteristics. Therefore, as the cold water resistance is good when a beverage-filled glass bottle on which a label has been stuck with this adhesive is cooled and the peeling of the label with an alkali is easy to perform after recovery of the bottle, it is useful especially for an adhesive for label for a glass bottle for beverage.
