    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a denitration catalyst composition for efficiently reducing/removing a nitrogen oxide from an exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine operated by lean combustion of a boiler, a gasoline engine and a diesel engine using a hydrocarbon based reducing agent, an integral structure type denitration catalyst and a denitration method using it. SOLUTION: The denitration catalyst composition for reducing the nitrogen composition in the exhaust gas by the hydrocarbon based reducing agent contains zeolite (A) carrying an iron element, a cerium-containing oxide (B) and a porous inorganic oxide (C) carrying one kind or more of a noble metal element. In the integral structure type denitration catalyst, a surface of a honeycomb structure carrier is covered with the denitration catalyst. The denitration method employs the mixture of a hydrocarbon based reducing agent with the exhaust gas containing the nitrogen oxide to be brought into contact with the denitration catalyst composition or the integral structure type denitration catalyst in a temperature range of 150-400°C.
