    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. which does not cause lowering in electromagnetic wave shielding performance while retaining high flame retardance, by blending a stainless steel fiber and a glass fiber both having specified shapes with a flame-retardant ABS resin.
    CONSTITUTION: The titled resin compsn. is obtd. by blending 5W20wt% stainless steel fiber (A) having an average fiber diameter of 3W50μ and an average fiber length of 3W50mm and 4W30wt% glass fiber (B) having an aspect ratio of 50 or above and an average fiber diameter of 5μ or above with a flame- retardant ABS resin (C) in such a proportion that the combined quantity of components A, B and C is 100wt%. The compsn. has high flame retardance and can retain high electromagnetic wave shielding performance even when used in a high-temperature atmosphere at 50°C lor above, or repeatedly exposed to temperature changes by repeatedly using it in a high-temperature atmosphere at 50°C or above and in a low-temperature atmosphere at 0°C or below. The compsn. has excellent physical properties and moldability and gives moldings having excellent appearances.
