SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin component includes 0.01 to 20 pts.mass of at least one phenol compound selected from a group composed of (A) 100 pts.mass of polyimide precursor having a methachroyl oxyalkyl radical at a side chain, (B) 1 to 40 pts.mass of photosensitive agent and (C) a compound having a structure expressed by a general formula (3).
