Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow removing machine capable of removing snow and ice from a road surface and treating the surface by an anti-icing agent and (or) a freezing prevention material to prevent deposit after snow and ice on the surface from which snow is removed. SOLUTION: At least one rotatable member 16 is positioned in a case body and is rotatably supported to remove snow in the case body provided with a front opening part 12 through which snow enters. This snow removing machine includes a surface treatment application system provided with a treatment material distribution system connected with the case body in order to distribute the anti-icing agent and (or) the freezing prevention treatment material which are liquid or solid in an area from which snow is removed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for the production of monatin in stereoisomerically-pure or stereoisomerically-enriched form.SOLUTION: There are provided a method for preferentially hydrolyzing one stereoisomer of an isoxazoline diester over another, and an enzyme for facilitating the preferential hydrolysis. There is also provided a method for providing mixtures of (RR) and (RS) monatin as well as (SS) and (SR) monatin, which includes a step of stereoselectively hydrolyzing an isoxazoline diester.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge member of a container mounted on a dispenser, wherein the deformation and damage of a discharge hole in the start of use are prevented and sealing property of the discharge hole before use is improved. SOLUTION: The discharge member 50 includes a sheet part 60 in which the discharge hole 60a is formed, a tension part 70 and a cover frame like part 71 and further includes a cover part 61 in close contact with the sheet part 60 at the inside of the outer peripheral part 60b of the sheet part 60 and an outside frame part 62 in which the tension part 70 is exposed to an opening part 62a of one surface side and another surface side is in close contact with the cover frame like part 71 and is fixed to the outer peripheral part 60b. The sheet part 60 and the cover part 61 are different in surface material of at least a part being in close contact with each other, and the sheet part 60 and the outside frame part 62 have the same surface material of at least a part fixed to each other. The cover part 61 is formed to the sheet part 60 by an in-mold method to be in close contact with the sheet part to be peeled off. The outside frame part 62 is formed to the sheet part 60 by the in-mold method to be in close contact with the cover frame like part 71 and to be fixed to the outer peripheral part 60b of the sheet part 60. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method and composition relating to a deicing compound, an antiicing compound or a prewetting agent to be added to a solid deicing agent. SOLUTION: The deicing composition contains a mixture of a deicing agent and an anticorrosion agent. The anticorrosion agent contains an active amount of a polyhydroxycarboxylic acid, preferably aldaric acid or aldonic acid. Salts of aldaric acid and aldonic acid are deicing anticorrosive agent having considerably strong effect compared with agricultural by-product or refined sugar generally used as an anticorrosive agent and, accordingly, the effect attained by the use of the salt is comparable to that of the concentrated simple sugar even at a low concentration of the sugar. The deicing composition can be used as a deicing agent, an antiicing agent or a prewetting agent, and the deicing agent may contain an antifreeze salt such as sodium chloride, magnesium chloride and/or calcium chloride. The method for the production of the deicing composition contains the mixing of a deicing agent and an anticorrosive agent. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing unsaturated α, β-carboxylic acid ester using a β-hydroxycarboxylic acid obtained from a biomass fermentation broth as a raw material.SOLUTION: A method for preparing an unsaturated α, β-carboxylic acid ester includes: (a) preparing a fermentation broth comprising a β-hydroxycarboxylic acid; (b) forming a solution comprising the β-hydroxycarboxylic acid from the fermentation broth; (c) converting the β-hydroxycarboxylic acid into a β-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester; and (d) converting the β-hydroxycarboxylic acid ester into the unsaturated α, β-carboxylic acid ester by dehydrating the solution comprising the β-hyudroxycarboxylic acid ester in the presence of an dehydration catalyst.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a bag-shaped container in a gun-type dispenser for cartridge, and to control insertion of a part of the container into a space between a sleeve and a piston when the container is pushed by the piston of the dispenser.SOLUTION: The container holder can be attached to a gun-type dispenser for discharging a content by pushing the inside of an exchange type cartridge by a piston 50 in place of the cartridge, and holds a deformable container A. The container holder includes a cylindrical sleeve 80 installed in an installation portion 10 with the container attached thereto, and a piston cover 81 attachable to/detachable from the front end of the piston 50, and slides in the sleeve to push the container A. The sleeve has a lid portion 82 opened/closed to take out/push in the container. The piston cover includes a circular front part 100 with its center matched with the axis of the piston, and an insertion control portion 101 for controlling any insertion of a part of the container into a space between the piston cover and the sleeve.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new sweetener compositions comprising monatin and methods for making such compositions, and to provide sweetener compositions comprising specific monatin stereoisomers, specific blends of monatin stereoisomers, and/or monatin produced via a biosynthetic pathway in vivo (e.g., inside cells) or in vitro.SOLUTION: A ready-to-use sweetener composition includes at least one other ingredient selected from the group consisting of monatin, or a salt thereof, erythritol, trehalose, cyclamate, maltodextrin, dextrose and fiber, wherein the monatin is stereoisomerically-enriched R, R monatin, and a single serving of the composition has a sweetness comparable to that of granulated sugar.
