    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generated noise in power converters for connecting a plurality of switching modules switching in-phase with external DC power supplies to a plurality of capacitors having the same electrostatic capacity in parallel to supply power to external resistors. SOLUTION: In the power converter 10, a combined resistance, a combined capacitor capacitance, and a combined self-inductance are nearly the same in a circuit allowing a current generated by each of the switching modules 2 to flow when the current thus generated returns to each switching module 2 again, thus making identical the circuit impedance of the circuit and hence reducing a circulating current generated among the plurality of capacitors 3 and thus reducing occurrence of radiation noise caused by the circulating current.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter for preventing an increase in power loss even if resonance occurs in a capacitor when the capacitor is more frequently used than a power module. SOLUTION: In the power converter 1, 24 capacitors Cap are equally spaced and arranged along a common current path 10. A power module PM1 is arranged between the capacitor Cap 1 and the capacitor Cap 24, and capacitors Cap 12 and Cap 13 paired with them are formed in a first capacitor group. A power module PM3 is arranged between the other capacitors Cap 16 and Cap 17, and capacitors Cap 4 and Cap 5 paired with them are formed in a second capacitor group.
