Abstract: A Pb-free Sn-based material part of a wiring conductor is provided at least at a part of its surface, and the Sn-based material part includes a base metal doped with an oxidation control element. The oxidation control element is at least one element selected from a group consisted of P, Ge, K, Zn, Cr, Mn, Na, V, Si, Ti, Al, Li, Mg and Ca. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extra fine insulated wire and a coaxial cable having high strength characteristics and low resistance characteristics (high conductivity) compatible with each other, not easily causing the lowering of strength under a thermal load applied in manufacturing by extrusion and soldering work for a terminal, and also having high heat resistance, a manufacturing method for it, and a multiconductor cable using it. SOLUTION: An internal conductor is formed of a copper alloy strand 3 obtained by stranding seven copper alloy wires 1, and a solid insulator 5 is coated on the periphery of the internal conductor to form an extra fine insulated wire 10. In addition, an external conductor 15 is formed by spirally winding a plurality of conductor wires 13 around the periphery of the extra fine insulated wire 10 along the longitudinal direction of the extra fine insulated wire 10, and a jacket layer 17 is coated on the surface of the external conductor 15 to make the coaxial cable 20.
