The rear end of the sub-frames 21 and 22 is connected to the suspension cross member 20 via bracket members 55 and 56, and the bracket members 55 and 56 have a connecting part 70, an extension wall part 73, and a sidewall part 74. The extension wall part 73 is extended outside in the vehicle width direction more than an arm support part 40, and is opposed with a clearance G to a front face of the suspension arm members 35 and 36. The connecting part 70 is connected to the rear end of the sub-frames 21 and 22 in front of the extension wall part 73. The sidewall part 74 is offset in the vehicle width direction to the connecting part 70, and is fixed to the suspension cross member 20.
