    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel mesoporous carbon thin film useful as an electrode material, an electrode catalyst, a sensor, an adsorbing material or the like and having a regular mesoporous structure wherein mesopores are opened in the vertical direction to a film surface.
    SOLUTION: The self-standing mesoporous carbon thin film having the regular mesoporous structure wherein mesopores are opened in the vertical direction to the film surface is obtained by combining following steps. (1) A step of forming its thin film by applying a mixture of a surfactant and a carbon precursor consisting of a thermosetting resin precursor and its crosslinking agent on a substrate, (2) a step of drying the thin film at 20-25°C under the atmospheric pressure, (3) a step of polymerizing the carbon precursor by heating the dried thin film, (4) a step of calcining and carbonizing the polymerized thin film, (5) a step of peeling the calcined and carbonized carbon thin film from the substrate and (6) a step of further calcining and carbonizing the peeled self-standing carbon thin film are combined.
