PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an acid resistant hydraulic solidifying material for a hardened body with reduced equipment cost and raw material cost, and to provide acid resistant concrete. SOLUTION: Caustic soda and silica-containing inorganic powder are blended, so as to be a composition comprising, by weight, a 20 to 50% Na 2 O component, a 35 to 65% SiO 2 component, and in which the molar ratio between the SiO 2 component and the Na 2 O component, S/N, is controlled to 0.9 to 3.15, and they are mixed, thereafter, the mixture is compacted so as to be a raw material for a solidifying material. Further, the raw material for a solidifying material is cured under pressurized steam at 130 to 190°C for a prescribed time, and is subsequently pulverized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture and a cement composition adding a superior rust-preventing effect to a steel rod in a cement concrete hardened body, having an effect of shielding chloride ions infiltrating from outside and neutralization inhibition effect and further suppressing pore formation because of little leaching of Ca ions. SOLUTION: There are provided (1) the cement admixture including a calcium aluminate compound having a molar ratio CaO/Al 2 O 3 of 0.15-0.7 and having a Blaine specific surface area of 2,000-7,000 cm 2 /g and a water reducer and having a blending ratio of the calcium aluminate compound to the water reducer of 5-1,000 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass calcium aluminate compound, (2) the cement admixture in which the water reducer is one or more selected from among a naphthalene sulfonate-formalin condensate, a melamine sulfonate-formalin condensate and a polycarboxylate-based polymer and (3) the cement composition including cement and the cement admixture. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acid resistant hydraulic solidifying material for a hardened body reducing equipment cost and raw material cost, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide acid resistant concrete, iron corrosion-inhibited concrete and reinforcement corrosion-inhibited concrete obtained by using the same. SOLUTION: Caustic soda aqueous solution and silica-containing inorganic powder are blended, so as to be a composition comprising, by weight, a 20 to 40% Na 2 O component, a 30 to 65% SiO 2 component and a 10 to 25% H 2 O component, and in which the molar ratio between the SiO 2 component and the Na 2 O component is controlled to 0.9 to 3.15, and they are mixed, so as to be slurry, and thereafter, the slurry is dewatered or dried, so as to be the raw material for a solidifying material. Further, the raw material for a solidifying material is cured under pressurized steam heated at 130 to 190°C for a prescribed time, and is subsequently pulverized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent carbonation resistance iron-reinforced hydraulically hardened body which suppresses the corrosion of its inside reinforcing bars even in an environment in which the carbonation of e.g., concrete easily proceeds, such as an environment in which dryness/wetness repeats and is capable of being utilized as a structural member having long-term durability. SOLUTION: The hydraulically hardened body of the present invention provided in order to solve the problem is a hydraulically hardened body having reinforcing bars in its inside, wherein the hydraulically hardened body is characterized by being prepared by mixing a fine blast furnace slag powder, steelmaking slag, at least any one member selected from an alkali metal hydroxide and an alkali metal carbonate, and water and hardening the obtained mixture. It is desirable in this case that the total of the content of the alkali metal hydroxide and that of the alkali metal carbonate is not smaller than 5 mol/m 3 hydraulically hardened body.
