PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide quick-hardening mortar for spraying not drooping even if increasing a water binder ratio, and having small electric resistance and small contraction, and to provide a corrosion prevention method by the same, for further reducing the contraction, maintaining the small electric resistance for a long period, and not disturbing permeation of chlorine gas or the like.SOLUTION: The quick-hardening mortar for spraying having the small electric resistance uses a quick-hardening mortar composition wherein a binder containing cement and a quick-hardening material, a fine aggregate, a water reducing agent, and water are blended, can be obtained by adding aluminum sulfate to a quick-hardening mortar having a no-tapping mortar flow value of 200-320 mm prepared by use of a mortar composition having the water binder ratio of 30-55% and a unit water amount of 250-400 kg/m, and has a contraction amount ≤-800×10. A hardened body of the quick-hardening mortar for spraying has electric resistivity ≤100 kΩcm. A quick-hardening mortar hardened body is formed by coating an organic-inorganic composite coating-film curing agent on the surface of the hardened body of the quick-hardening mortar for spraying. The corrosion prevention method for steel material inside a concrete structure uses the quick-hardening mortar hardened body.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture and a cement composition adding a superior rust-preventing effect to a steel rod in a cement concrete hardened body, having an effect of shielding chloride ions infiltrating from outside and neutralization inhibition effect, having wear resistance and further suppressing pore formation because of little leaching of Ca ions. SOLUTION: There are provided (1) the cement admixture including a calcium aluminate compound having a molar ratio CaO/Al 2 O 3 of 0.15-0.7 and having a brain specific surface area of 2,000-7,000 cm 2 /g and a polymer and having a blending ratio of the calcium aluminate compound to a polymer of 5-1,000 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass calcium aluminate compound, (2) the cement admixture in which the polymer is a polyacrylic acid ester emulsion or a copolymer emulsion whose ingredient is a polyacrylic acid ester and (3) the cement composition including cement and the cement admixture. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mortar for a plasterer which eliminates drooping even if a ratio of water to a binder is increased and has small electric resistance and low shrinkage and to provide a corrosion prevention method using the mortar for the plasterer which further reduces the shrinkage, keeps the electric resistance small for a long term and does not prevent the penetration of chlorine gas and the like. SOLUTION: The mortar for the plasterer is made by using a mortar composition blended with the binder containing cement, a fine aggregate, a water reducing agent and water and is obtained by kneading a mixture of mortar which is prepared by using a mortar blend having a ratio of water to the binder of 35-55% and a unit water amount of 250-400 kg/m 3 and which has a no-tapping mortar flow value of 200-320 mm and a water soluble acrylic polymer and aluminum sulfate. A hardened body using the mortar for the plasterer has an electric resistivity of 100 kΩ cm or less and a shrinkage amount of -800×10 -6 or less. A mortar hardened body is made by coating an organic-inorganic composite coating film curing agent on the surface of the hardened body of the mortar for the plasterer.
