    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogenation isomerization catalyst which enables acquisition of hydrocarbons suitable for base oils for lubricants and/or fuel oils in a high yield from raw hydrocarbon oils containing n-paraffins, has a sufficiently high isomerization activity and sufficiently controls a decomposition activity.SOLUTION: The hydrogenation isomerization catalyst is used in hydrogenation isomerization of hydrocarbons and contains a support comprising a zeolite modified with at least one metal selected from Na, K, Cs, Mg, Ca, Ba and K and baked through a thermal history including heating at temperatures of ≥350°C and at least one inorganic oxide selected from alumina, silica, titania, boria, zirconia, magnesia, ceria, zinc oxide, phosphorous oxide and their compound oxides comprising at least 2 kinds of combinations thereof and at least one metal selected from elements of the groups 8 to 10 in the periodic table, molybdenum and tungsten. The zeolite is prepared from an ion-exchanged zeolite obtained by ion-exchanging an organic template containing zeolite having an organic template and a ten-membered one-dimensional pore structure in a solution containing an ammonium ion and/or a proton, and the initial heating of the heating at temperatures of ≥350°C in the thermal history to which the zeolite is subjected is in a range of 350-450°C.

SOLUTION: The catalyst includes (a) zeolite of 1 to 90 wt.% containing a MTW zeolite, (b) a binder of 10 to 99 wt.% containing γ-alumina; the γ-alumina is induced from boehmite alumina, (c) a precious metal of 0.1 to 2 wt.% calculated on an element base, and (d) at least one alkali metal, wherein the total alkali metal content of the catalyst is at least 100 wt.ppm calculated on an element base.
